This is going to be at a show cause hearing for non-payment of child support, total amount due is just under $7,000. The total arrearage amount is around $6,000. If this person is arrested is it a misdemeanor on their record? How quickly can they be bailed out of jail? I'm hoping that its not immediate because this may be the thing this person needs to see that this is NOT something they have a choice in, but a responsibility.

Gone are the days when both parties were actually conservative and the difference between them was where the control of spending should be. Republicans wanted it as low as possible and the Democrats wanted it as high as feasible.

Today there are a lot of conservative Democrats who vote for Republicans. And there are a few liberal Republicans who will vote for Democrats.

I suppose the question should really be should we have a Conservative party and a Liberal party instead of Democrats and Republicans?

I know that for FMLA to apply, your company must have 50+ employees. Mine does not (only about 10). It also does not have any maternity benefits. My husband and I will be adopting a child next year, and I want to be able to spend time at home bonding with our child. Do I have any rights at my current job? Many thanks.

We quit inavding Iraq as a whole and focus on destroying Al Qaeda
cells and other terrorist cells. That way we make more effecient use of our money to fight the war on terror.

Hi, this is Bono's bug-goggles. What can black people do to solve African poverty? With blacks now making up large portions of the middle class, and many having v. large sports and business incomes, what can they do to solve poverty in Africa? Can black rappers, businessmen, NAACP, sports figures, politicians be doing more to end the suffering in Africa? And, why do you think they aren't doing this?

Yahoo! Answers note: This is the real Bono's bug-goggles!

Clearly Bush stole both the 2000 and 2004 elections, there is plenty of documented evidence to support this (see Robert Kennedy's Rolling Stone article). Since being elected he has lied to the American people, Congress, the United Nations and the world. He has started an illegal war in violation of treaties signed by the United States. His illegal actions have resulted in the loss of tens of thousands of lives including thousands of American lives. His economic policies have created the biggest debt and deficit in history. He has failed to make the nation safer, despite promising to do so and spending billions of dollars in the pretense.

All Nixon did was sponsor a bungled break in at the Democratic National headquarters.

i was always brought up with the ideal if you cannot do the time,do not do the crime, and all your rights go out the window,i thought it was punishment, not the right to sit on your bum playing playstations and watching tv,while the majority have to work to pay for what they eat,it seems to be the life of o`reily at the moment, get up to a ready cooked meal 3 times a day and free entertainment, all at the expense of the taxpayer, and today being told by inmates that the cells are to drafty, where will it end

Click on the following link....can this organization have a religious event on a university campus? This is a celebration to honor the Gods of the Mexican Ancestors?

Where is the ACLU? We must stop this! If Christians cannot celebrate Christian holidays on campus, if we cannot use the Nativity on Government properties, how can the Mexicans have a celebration to worship their pagan gods on a California, Federally funded and state funded university campus!

Read this and call a lawyer!
