Depends on what you want to do ... work? Or be a pothead around the cafes in Amsterdam? If you want to work, it will have to be in a category the Dutch can't get enough people for ... Dutch employers HAVE to employ Dutch people first and foremost ... advertise in papers etc. It is not easy to get into a European country nowadays if you're not an EU citizen...
