I also know I can get bashed here (but I don't care to be honest with you)..blah blah. Many presidents before Clinton did "things" -- and I truly believe that the press ran with his sexual encounters with Monica L. BUT we did not put the others down and don't put the ones down who have died before we existed although there is history telling us this information. What is the most stressful job? Probably being the president but you also need to do a good job!! Or people will hate you/your country(Bush). I STILL have more respect for Clinton than Bush. Bush has hurt us/Clinton helped us. What are your thoughts? Am not on here in p.m. too often so may get different people to answer this. Yes, Bush has HURT OUR FAMILY IN A PERSONAL WAY. Not regarding the war (the personal stuff). He's hurt a LOT of people - little RICH guy who doesn't know anything else except but having $$/being spoiled.

Should the system be revamped so that canidates start delivering messages to the whole of America and not just the states that have 20 or more electorates? If so, what would you do to change it? The U.S. can pride itself on its ethnic diversity and its freedoms to all her citizens but is this the root of most of our problems? Is it possible to have too many freedoms? Should we start turning people back even though this is what makes our country so great and is what our forefathers wanted? Or is it time to change the rules a bit and say enough is enough, time to start caring for the people already here instead of the people who want to come here? What do you think?

I am going to court , child support court, and am looking for information on filing a motion for discovery so that my ex has to furnish the court with all of the documentation of his employment. He is self employed and I have no doubts he is hiding income, etc. he has taken me back to child support court 7 times in 3 years tring to decrease, suspend and/or have his back due child support altered.
We are living in poverty, I am working, and have 2 sons with emotional and behavioral issues. He is living a much better life, financially, and justs wants out of paying his support. Plus he is always late..sometimes 7-8 months behind,and no sanctions have been placed on him as of yet. I want and need to make this next hearing really count, by hitting him as hard as I can with all of the discrepencies, etc. listed that I can and also by using all of the motions I can to have him hed accountable once and for alll.
If you know of this motion of discovery, any help would be appreciated..Thanks

In the 2nd Amendment it says the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Why is it now you have to have all these documents to possess a firearm. Isn't that breaking the constitutional amendment.

there is no morgage on the house and we have been paying all the taxes and all the bills associated with the house. now deceased niece (wifes mother) who doesn't work wants rent money. She won't even help to fix the place up. she just wants to pocket the money. Is there anything legally we can do considering deceased name is still on all the documents for the house and he has been dead for 5 years now? We've been here 3 years and have done alot of work on the house including paying all the taxes and bills. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
