It depends. We need more information. Were the documents subpoenaed? If so, and you are withholding them you are obstructing the discovery process. The other side has a right to the subpoenaed documents and you can be held in contempt and jailed, fined or both.

Yes you can get into trouble for it, depending on what you're withholding. Could you provide a little more information?? I'm sure I'll be able to help you if I know the whole story.

Technicly they could! i imagine!! >.<, im positive my fiances mum did an same mutually with her mum, and each and every thing were given signed over, even if it become less difficult as she become an purely baby and it become anticipated that each and every thing would bypass to her anyhow and her mum will be passing on quickly. even if, my mum seems after my dads finaces after a mind damage, yet no document become required, i imagine each and each and every of the relations favor to talk first, cos i imagine hes getting into there earlier all of us else, seems slightly.. egocentric to me if he hasnt talked to any of the different kinfolk first. and perchance get advice of the carers searching after him and the people on the monetary employer holding the finaces on your nan. even perchance attempt phoning a solicitor, ask them fi they do free consultation and ask them :)
