You can become an American citizen and retain your Mexican citizenship. If you were born in Mexico or your parents were Mexican you are Mexican. They do not recognize renunciation of citizenship, they believe you are always Mexican.

No, Mexican government DOES NOT recognize the renunciation of old citizenship. Mexico still considered newly naturalized US citizen of Mexican decent to be Mexican citizens. And a US born citizens of Mexican parent are considered to Mexican citizen by Mexico.

Mexico doesn't seem to want to recognize ANY laws anymore, and that's part of the problem, here. But, that's ok, we get the border fixed, they can go on not recognizing anything and it won't impede america anymore...

Im not sure I understand exactly what you are asking, but I know that you can become a Mexican citizen and renounce your American citizenship. But it is possible to have dual citizenship.

No, it does not. The constituiton of Mexico basically states if you are a Mexican citizen, you are always a Mexican citizen, no matter what other citizenship you hold.
