I think it might be fine because all that I have known are very honest and trustworthy. They seem to have good morals. I just want to know your opinion. Please don't reply with any vulgar or gross comments. I just want opinion, not trash.

If they make it to dry land, they can stay. If caught still at sea they are sent back. Should we really be determining immigration based on the luck of the immigrant? Shouldn't we process them in a more logical manner? Or at least look at the merits of each entry? I obviously think its bad policy. What if we catch the guy who's escaping Cuba with the keys to the missles and the crazy would-be lunatic makes it to dry land ? Is this just organizational laziness on our governments part?

there is a significant amount of anti-mexican participants here who infact are mexicans themselves!!!! they cant even speak proper english and post the most hateful and insulting questions with the nastiest attitude!!
it's very sad when someone hates their own people and takes the first advantage they can to insult them while hiding behind a computer.
sad but true!!!!!!

Hey - Its time for you to drop dead Fred. Are you MS 13? Its big mouth filthy illegal scum like you that turns America against all Mexicans. Have you ever heard that one rotten apple spoils the barrel? Did you ever get past the 3rd grade.

Your mother should have jammed her thumb intothe soft spot of your skull the day you were hatched.

You need to learn english. Now go out and pick some weeds and tell your biitch HO wife to back to the Motel 6 and earn some money to support your drug habit. You give us self-respecting hispanics a bad name.

I keep reading in this forum (and hearing in everyday life) that being a liberal is a negative thing in the USA, when liberalism is a philosophy believing in freedom of speech, religion, etc., which is what the USA was founded upon. All citizens of the USA are liberals, if they believe in the ideas set forth in our constitution. I also see many trying to equate liberalism with communism. Please read up on these two subjects. As stated above, liberalism is a philosophy -- one that disagrees with government control. Communism is made up of political policies which do believe in government control. Is everyone just not thinking for themselves, anymore in this country? Not wishing to become educated, at least a little bit, about the topics they wish to discuss? There is such a growing gap between us. This country is not an "us against them" nation. I love my country, even when I disagree with its politics. Don't you? Whether a Rep or a Dem or otherwise?

Corporations have too much power and influence over national governance, military priorities, and USA Foreign Policies. Also, the military has too much sway when it comes to setting foreign policy agendas. Corporations and the military have longer turn continuity built in to their organizational structures, and thus trump the executive branch of government. This is true because the presidency office holders are turned over too often.

If we did and we don't give a crap about the country, why am I paying almost $3 a gallon for gas? Why aren't we draining the country of their oil, if that is all we wanted?

My best friend that lives in the Philippines needs a hotel/company to sponsor her so she can get a working visa from the U.S embassy in the Philippines and move here to the U.S. She has a B.A in Hospitality. She wants to know if I can help her find someone to sponsor her. Does anybody know a website I can go to so I can find more information? Thanks.

I am in Los Angeles county. Some guy attacked my girl friend so I put my self in between him & my girl friend. He grabed me & started to hit me I punched him in the nose. Then the fight was over. He went to the hospital for a broken nose & I got my probation violated. The judge did not even give me a chance to tell her my case. She gave me a year in jail. But she did say that I would probebly only a couple of months due to the Los Angeles county jail overcrowding problen. I was wondering if there was any truth to this.

And Please if your are going to be a jerk dont respond. I got enough problems

While looking at all these answers on politics, it seems to me that, generally speaking, conservatives have well informed answers while liberals seem to just try to ridicule the conservative point of view with no real answers or solutions to the questions asked.

You would think our Goverment would know taking good paying jobs out of the U.S. for cheap laber hurts the U.S.A. Replaceing $25.00 per hr. jobs with $10.00 per hr. does not pay taxes. It does not help feed us. It does not bring prices down. Why can't our goverment see leting jobs leave the U.S. is a big mastake?
