My point is, you cant tell a illegal immigrant from a legal one, from a citizen. The two in back are legal residents, the one in front is illegal. You also cannot tell what country the men are from by looking. For example those "illegal Mexicans" you have seen in public, may or may not be Mexican and may or may not be immigrants (legal or otherwise) I have neighbors that I thought were Mexican, upon talking to them, my husband found out they are actually Guatemalan. It is never good to assume about these things.

The one in the foreground looks like a visiting neighbor that crashed the party in violation of laws that were passed by his neighbors to the North of the same continent. The other two look like upstanding American Citizens.

What men? Am I missing something?

Well, one of the guyshas his shirt closed and the other two don't.

Should I assume from your question that one or more are illegal?

How would I know?

well if they were in the Lordsburg Nm area the 1st thing I would do is introduce myself as United States Border Patrol and ask their citizenship..if they didnt answer I would have to then ask in Spanish...De que pais es usted ciudadano? and then ask to see their papers..if they dont have them, put them in my truck fingerprint them and send them home..but the problem lies in if these guys are further than 100 miles from the border becaus ethen it is Immigartion and Customs(ICE) job and out of my jurisdiction..they are not required to learn Spanish like the BP and are even more undermanned for the territory they cover... hopefully Congress beefs them up also before giving amnesty so quickly.

And you point is what-we can't tell by looking-who said you could?

But I can see what Nation figures say it is costing us.

What is your point? You can't tell a person's 'legal status' by a picture. If they are here illegally they should be deported, period.
