I could not locate any info. on this, a request most likely needs to be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. I did however, find an inmate locator for federal prisons if you are looking for a current inmate here is the link to that info.

Federal prisoner records are not available to the general public. They are not even available to the prisoner without a subpoena.
