On the TN gov website, I found Power of Attorney papers I need to fill out (for my mother's medical issues). I know I have to have a Notary public stamp & sign it...does anyone know 1) How much Notary Pubilc's charge to do this & 2) What would I do with the paperwork after that's done? Would I need to file it @ the courthouse or anything? Thanks!

I am in Los Angeles county. Some guy attacked my girl friend so I put my self in between him & my girl friend. He grabed me & started to hit me I punched him in the nose. Then the fight was over. He went to the hospital for a broken nose & I got my probation violated. The judge did not even give me a chance to tell her my case. She gave me a year in jail. But she did say that I would probebly only a couple of months due to the Los Angeles county jail overcrowding problen. I was wondering if there was any truth to this?

And Please if your are going to be a jerk dont respond. I got enough problems


I am not a violent person I just know how to defend myself. I own a business I dont drink or do drugs. I am going to loose every thing because of this. If I will only do a couple of weeks I would be ok with this. But any longer it's just not fair. Where is the justice???

The jails here are very over crowded & my lawyer said I probebly wont do that much time. But I am just real

I read an aswer where someone said a Bush policy made them lose their job. That got me to thinking of the partisan answers on Yahoo and I realized that his presidency has not really impacted my life. I have benifited from the tax cuts somewhat and I suppose an arguement could be made on oil prices. But over all my standard of living has not changed.

So my question is basically how has his policies effected you and the way you live?

Did Illegals think we are not standing by them in their fight for better government? We are more aware now all of us. So why will you not take your stand in your own country? my second cousin (my mom's cousin's daughter) is a very intellegent and charasmatic 10 year old. she is honestly one of those girls who will help you in any way that she can and always works hard at everything she does. she appreciates all that comes her way and is never selfish.
she unfortunetly lives in a small farm town in romania where my mom's side of the family has resided for a very long time.
we would like to somehow bring her to the United States to give her bigger and better oppurtunities to become something big. she has all the skills and personality she just really needs the resources.

if there is any advice on how to bring her over or how to help her out it will be greatly appreciated.

Do I make sure the people here don't get hurt more--and yes our benefits are hurting-it is in the news and Documents?
Do we tax everyone more (the money has got to come from somewhere) And Legalization will not cover the cost--they can't-not that they wouldn't like too.? Millions more will suffer more.
Medical is in trouble--it will cost even more. Millions will suffer. Lucky you if your not one.
So if you truly know a good answer -what are we suppose to do?
Not facing the problems is no help. And can you see why some feel the way they do?

Has Bush said much of anything yet in a press conference, state of the union address, or press conference that isn’t thoroughly dishonest, hideously misleading, completely untrue, or grossly misrepresented? Someone committed crime and now in jail who is our colleague and not have lost his job. Now boss is forcing all to pay him as a donation but I think it is unlawful and what happens if someone sues all of us for doing this? Even the victim is asked to donate is that really legitimate?

I've been looking all over for my car keys, and they are not in my house.

Does that mean I do not have car keys?
