Did u know:

That Israel has for decades routinely sent assassins in to other countries to kill its political enemies?

Today's Israel sits on the former sites of more than 400 now-vanished Palestinian villages, and that the Israel re-named almost every physical site in the country to cover up the traces?

That non-Jewish Israelis cannot buy or lease land in Israel?

That Palestinian license plates in Israel are color coded to distinguish Jews from non-Jews?

That yearly US aid to Israel exceeds the aid the US grants to the whole African continent?

That Israel is the only country in the Middle East that refuses to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and bars international inspections from its sites?

That in Hebron, 85% of the water is given to about 400 settlers, while 15%must be divided among Hebron's 120,000 Palestinians?

So, what do u think about all these?

I simply cannot imagine the price the American taxpayers would pay to build a wall along the entire Mexican border. I also cannot imagine any group of American citizens building that wall for minimum wage, which is probably what our government would except a bid for. Who do you think would build the wall? Would it be the American citizens who are so opposed to the Illegal Mexicans staying here? Or... Would the Illegal Mexicans end up being hired by a sub contractor, who won the low bid, to build the wall? Just a thought to ponder...

Even with its short commings this is still better than anything else. John T. You call the President names but can't back it up with fact!! In this little place we call reality while far from perfect President Bush is nothing like the filth you compare him to. If you hate it here so much why don't you move to France they like terrorist-loving little twerps like you.

..When the Airforce and the Marines also deploy ground troops, the Army, Navy and Marines also fly, etc. Why are they not in a unified service, instead of these slightly different mixed bags?

"[The President] is once again releasing American military might on a foreign country with an ill-defined objective and no exit strategy."

"If we are going to commit American troops, we must be certain they have a clear mission, an achievable goal, and an exit strategy."

"I cannot support a failed foreign policy. History teaches us that it is often easier to make war than peace. This administration is just learning that lesson right now. The President began this mission with very vague objectives and lots of unanswered questions. A month later, these questions are still unanswered. There are no clarified rules of engagement. There is no timetable. There is no legitimate definition of victory."

"Well, I just think it's a bad idea. What's going to happen is they're going to be over there for 10, 15, maybe 20 years"

"My job as majority leader is be supportive of our troops, try to have input ... not to march in lock step with everything the president decides to do."

Maybe Im not thinking clearly on this one, but Ive got a few questions on this case... This American soldier is now a civilian and is under arrest for raping and killing an Iraqi girl and her family. Shameful, horrible act. He was booted out of the US Military for "personality issues." So, the US gives a 19 year old male with a personality disorder a gun and sends him to a war zone where people want to kill him because of the color of his uniform. He rapes and kills a family, then he gets arrested and now faces a possible death sentence?
I guess my question is: Why is the US prosecuting an American civilian for killing a non-US citizen?? Shouldnt the Iraqi Government be prosecuting the boy?? Furthermore, should not the US Military be held responsible for giving a gun to a child and teaching him how to use it without properly screening him for mental issues prior to deployment?

This is more of a statement than a question..
I say we take all of the hard core criminals in jail today, ship them to Iraq, put them on the front lines and let them be productive members for their country. Taking up jail space, 3 meals a day, weight room, computers, cable tv, library, etc...not really suffering is it?
It would solve our overcrowding in jails
Assist in military might
Keep reserves home
They can learn how to live correctly in the military
Any complaints about this solution?
Happy 4th !!!

this is what i'm trying to say. the prisoners should earn something to make them feel that they need to change , so that when they come out in society they want better lifestyles than when they went in. who wants to live in a prison? People, it isn't what you think it is. There is abuse, sexual , mental, physical abuse form inmates as well as prison officials. Would you like those people to come into our world? There are prisoners who take advantage of the schools and workshops, then theres those who just lift weights, do drugs, along with smuggling them in, who don't care about life. Those will still get released out here, so they should be made to enroll in school, to work before they are released. The only reason they should earn money is so we , don't have to pay for them. They only have a limited supply of items that they can purchase, there money has to be put in a trust fund and they are monitored. We don't need more prisons, we need actual rehibilitation.

North Korea, Isreal, Iran, Cuba and Flippino rebles etc.... The USA had a hand on all the problem areas..

The Soviet Union and the US basically divided Korea into two nations.. Now look at the problem that faces now. Nukes being controlled by crazy Kim Jong II....

Do you agree? I think we are the solution and the problem to all the world's problems.
