Bill Clinton chose to speak in his video deposition for the Paula Jones lawsuit. He knew that this would open the floodgates for his impeachment prosecution. He could have just said "I take the 5th (ammendment)" - he chose not to.. What do you think about this?

I figured tomorrow, I will go to the UN building in NYC and burn a UN Flag to protest their anti-semitic, Anti-American socialistic ways.

After that, I am going to go to a Gay Pride Parade and burn one of their flags, too, in protest against what my beliefs tell me is perverted, godless behavior.

After that, I am going to burn a Koran in front of a mosque because I believe that Islam means terrorism. I have a right to beliefs and I have a right to express them.

After that, I am going to go to a pro-illegal immigration rally and burn the Mexican Flag in protests of all the gang members and criminals Mexico sent over here for us to deal with.

After that, I will burn the Palestinian flag in protest to their constant terror attacks agianst the Israelis.

After that, maybe I'll burn a cross, too.

My question is - if burning the US Flag is legal, why shouldn't all of the above be as well?

I want to write a complimentary letter to my local Police, Fire and Ambulance Stations... I need to keep it short and I want it to be the best ever yet so it can always be remembered. I'm a teenager, a thank-you letter is rarely sent by youth these days. I really respect them for what they do and I want to let them know. So, if there is anything someone can help me with, I'd really appreciate it. Thank-you.

The America I know is a peace loving, tolerant, benevolent society, which in it's comparatively young life has had more influence than old nations like Britain and Germany. The 'military-industrial complex' that Ike warned against is now a reality.

How dare people question my love of America, because of one imbecile who has stolen two elections and brought Americans to each other's throat?.

the only reason things prices keep rising isn't because of cost, it's the cost they chose for us to make their profit and just keeps rising from there. somewhere if it weren't for greed that is we could go back and start over. if coca cola can sell can cokes out of their machines for $.15 at the plant and still make a profit how much do you think it cost to make a can of coke. How much are you paying? Point is big big profit they set the cost . greed and power is the answer.

I had too much Mexican food last night, and this morning I had so much Brown Pride it took half the newspaper to deal with it. I was so proud of the Brown I hated using the toilet brush on it, before I reverently sent it out to sea with a sad but sweet flush.

Although next time, maybe a little less hot sauce, now I know the meaning of Montezuma's revenge...

On a more serious note, before you kneejerk liberals all report my little joke, remember that the First Amendment that you all love to cherish and quote was created with the exact intention to protect speech like this.

Does American only have a two party system because most people are too scared to "waste a vote" by voting for someone running on a party other than Republican or Democrat or are we truely that happy with the candidates these two parties put forward?

This can included a federal (country) government election, state government, county government, city government, or a schoolboard election.

I would say the most important election I voted for was the 2000 Presidential Election because it was the first time I could vote in a major and important election.

I would suggest "one who supports the little guy or the underdog while embracing the values of democracy, human rights, and a relatively free economy. A true liberal also has an open mind to new ways of doing things." I don't think there is anything to be ashamed of there, do you?

So how come with all the flooding going on in the Northeast, why haven't we seen mass looting. Dead bodies laying in the streets and people packed into the local shelter having to deal with rapes and murder. Maybe because most of the problems New Orleans had was due to poor leaders. NO NOT BUSH. MR. Chocolate Town mayor himself RAY. The Governer of the State and other corrupt politicians down there *COUGH * Jefferson. Come on PRESS make the Northeast sound as bad as New Orleans. You can't. Because apparently NEW YORK has good politicians leading them. Interesting.
