There are always going to be people who vote, if only for themselves. It'd be funny to see a 1 to 1 tie, though.

That's OK, they'll just decide it in the Supreme Court again and call it a democracy. Who are the people? They just get in the way anyway. Bush and other right wing loonies would love us all to go away so that they can bring in their fascist dictatorships sooner rather than later.
