My dad is 68 yrs old and disabled. He has recently moved in with me and given me power of attorney. The problem is he has four guns, 2 rifles and 2 handguns, back in his home in NJ. I can not find the permits, etc. One rifle was my grandfather's and I believe one pistol was my dad's service weapon from Dept. of Corrections. Can I transport them across state lines without paperwork?

My brother joined the airforce and has been in bootcamp for a couple of weeks now. I would like to understand what exactly goes on during bootcamp for the men. Two of my cousins who are girls joined the airforce and they enjoyed it, but I know it is different for the men than the woman. I would like to know your stories. Thank you!

I asked why conservatives are so stupid. Well I person responded and proved my point, but didnt answer my question. He said Clinton allowed North Korea to have Nuclear weapons. Well i wanted to see for myself if this was true so i did some searching. Well I found out that George Herbert Bush CIA found out North Korea was making enriched uranium. Than Clinton IMPOSED SACTIONS ON NORTH KOREA AND SENT THE ENRICHED URANIUM TO STORAGE AND INTERNATIONAL INSPECTORS TO WATCH IT. Well guess who allowed those inspectors to leave? Yes our good ol' boy George W Bush, he allowed the inspectors to walk off with out a fight. He did not threaten North Korea with War or Diplomacy to stop the making of Nuclear Weapons. This is the man you voted for because he wouldnt back down from terrorist. WOW Conservatives can you please explain this one to me? Or you just going to call me names and make up stuff? Just like caucasians automatically accept and laugh at "white people" jokes...Some Americans will be the first one's to tell you their country sucks....

I realize that other races and cultures have had jokes about them as well..I dont condone this either...but I have not seen another culture think that it's ok to be insulted. Lilkewise, I do not see people from other countries allowing insults to be slung about their home....I just don't get it.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm all about the red, white and blue better known as Old Glory. Is National Symbol more important to us than the what it stands for. Can some one explain to me why ,The Majority of Republicans and a handfull of Democrats, feell the need to Change the CONSTITUTION, THE BILL OF RIGHTS? tHEY SAY IT IS SO THAT THEY CAN BETTER DEFINE THE LIMITS TO OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH. REALY I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THEY CAN COME UP WITH SOMETHING BETER THAN THOSE WHO ORIGINALLY WROTE IT AND LIVED UNDER A MONARCHY AND ACTUALLY FOUGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY AND WANTED TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF ITS CITIZENS.
If someone can explain to me why this is so important to change or make an ammendment, I would appreciate it.

Room and board is one thing... even basic medical treatment is fine. But it's gotten out of control, at least here in California. Free medical and dental treatment, TV's in the cells, conjugal visits.... what's wrong with this picture? I know it can't be a "walk in the park", but many inmates probably find life in prison better than life on the streets. Prisons are overcrowded but many released inmates keep breaking the law and going back so it can't be all that bad.

Isn't there a way to give inmates minimal services and make it LESS comfortable so they might think twice next time they're about to commit a crime?

from them and put them in a foster home? If the parents didn't want that to happen they could be given the option of going back to their homeland. I wouldn't like to separate families, however if they thought that could be a possibility, they'd be looking for passage back to the country they give their allegience to. If it were me and my kids I'd be travelling south and FAST. If an American woman deliberately put her child in danger they would take HER children.
