I am a married man, and have been for one year. We have a baby of our own, botyh work full time, own our own car, and both have clean records.
I was ordered a DNA test a few months ago from a women i dated years ago. Come to find out, i have a 2 year old daughter that i never knew about. I have been ordered to pay child support, and have been paying it on time.
The mother of the child doesnt want me to have anything to do with the kid. She says i will never get custody because i was never there for the last 2 years, but i never knew about the kid! Now that i know, i pay child support, and wouldlike some custody, like for 6 months out of the year if possible. The mother is unwed, and is always moving from place to place. She even post half-naked pictures of her on the internet for attention from guys.
Since i just found out i had a daughter, can i still try for custody, and what things to they judge upon when choosing the time of custody?

The guy I've been dating has a tattoo on the back of his neck and he told me that his recruiter told him he had to get it removed before he could go in; I think he's just making excuses and has changed his mind on leaving so soon. He also claims that they are going to give him a $40,000 sign on, but he only gets part of it now. I think he over exaggerates, a lot. In addition, if you failed your third drug-testing can you still try again later when you clean up, or is that it and they won't take you. Last, he also claims to be colorblind in the way that he has a hard time distinguishing light colors like anything light is white and anything dark is black, i.e. my hair is dark red and to him it's black, and brown eyes no matter how light look solid black, and I was under the impression that if you were colorblind they can't accept you. Sorry so many questions, but this is really important I know what he's lying about.

Without giving me the same old sound bites, can you show me the evidence to back them up?

how come people don't care about the risk that Firefighters, EMT's, and police officers take everyday? i mean being a Firefighter/EMT i run into buildings that everyone else is running out of and then looking around a place were you can't see sometimes an inch from your face for a child or an elderly person or even a teenager, then when you get to them you bring them out and you know there ok because you got to them in time, but it's like nobody cares execpt the other people like me, Firefighter/EMT's they know what it's like, but yesterday i walked into the store and i had my fire department shirt on and some guy i didn't know walked up and told me that we were under trained and that we take to long to respond and he lost his house because of us and it hurt me really deep inside. does everybody think like this or just some?

Mica Co argeed to commercial storage building by september 1 for Pack Rat Storage. It was hard to predict Pack Rat's losses if the building was not completed on time. The parties estimated that Pack Rat would lose $200 in storage fee per day if the building was not completed on time. Thus, the contract required Mica to pay liquidated damages of $200 per day if work was completed late. Mica finished ten days late. Pack Rat actually lost $1800 due to the work was completed late. Mica finished ten days late. Pack Rat actually lost $1800 due to the breach. 1.Is the liquidated damage amount stated in the contract between Mica. Co. and Pack Rat Storage valid, or is it an invalid penalty? 2. How much in damages can Pack Rat recover from Mica Co.?

Why does the government add it to water and toothpaste? To turn us into sheeple? They do not use it in Europe! WTF!? Help!?
Fluoride is toxic. It doesn't take much of it to kill vegetation, fish, mussels, crabs, shrimp, cattle. In human beings overexposure not only mottles teeth, it weakens bone. There are scientific papers linking fluoride to cancer and brain damage. The fluoride used by municipal water districts comes from phosphate fertilizer plants in Florida, where it is stripped from smokestacks to reduce air pollution. It contains not only fluoride, but heavy metals and other contaminants. If it were not put in drinking water, it would have to be treated as hazardous waste.

Any suggestions?
