Why does the government add it to water and toothpaste? To turn us into sheeple? They do not use it in Europe! WTF!? Help!?
Fluoride is toxic. It doesn't take much of it to kill vegetation, fish, mussels, crabs, shrimp, cattle. In human beings overexposure not only mottles teeth, it weakens bone. There are scientific papers linking fluoride to cancer and brain damage. The fluoride used by municipal water districts comes from phosphate fertilizer plants in Florida, where it is stripped from smokestacks to reduce air pollution. It contains not only fluoride, but heavy metals and other contaminants. If it were not put in drinking water, it would have to be treated as hazardous waste.

Search it online, there are lots of things about it! And I first heard it from a friend, a Dr.(cardiologist) from Argentina.

We discussed quite throughly the fluoridation of water supplies
and how we were using it in Russia as a tranquilizer in the prison
camps. The leaders of our school felt that if it could be induced into
the American water supply, it would bring-about a spirit of lethargy
in the nation; where it would keep the general public docile during a
steady encroachment of Communism. We also discussed the fact that
keeping a store of deadly fluoride near the water reservoir would be
advantageous during the time of the revolution, as it would give us
opportunity to dump this poison into the water supply and either kill
off the populace or threaten them with liquidation, so that they would
surrender to obtain fresh water.

Wow sounds like you have some major issues. Fluoride, like any mineral, can be toxic in LARGE quantities. But used in small quantities it is very effective in reducing decay in teeth. Do you use regular salt? You know that has Iodine added to it. That was added to help reduce goiters and other problems with iodine deficiency. Sure you don't want to overdose on the stuff, but in small amounts it is beneficial.
The amount of Fluoride in drinking water is one part per million, that is one drop in a million drops, very minimal. I am sorry but that is NOT going to cause any problems. I am sure there are much worse things in much larger quantities in your water.
The problems arise when child get too much Fluoride ingested either by being prescribed Fl tablets without checking the water or even eating toothpaste on a regular basis. Notice this is all ingesting. Only harm in ingesting too much, the Fluoride treatments you get with toothpaste or in the dental office are topical so they are not ingested. Actually no mottling of teeth will happen after the teeth have formed, so no one over the age of 12 or 14 has that risk.
I dont recommend eating Fluoride, but I am not worried about it killing me either. The microwave will probably cause me cancer and kill me way before the Fluoride will.
Oh and anyone can post anything on the internet, the minority of people that think Fluoride is deadly are the majority of websites on the internet. You cant believe everything you read, the National Enquirer comes to mind.

Wow... someone is paranoid. Have you seen the people's teeth in Europe? They're nasty. You know why? Cuz they don't have Fluoride In their water. It makes your teeth clean and white. And the amount put in water is like 5 parts per million which is a minuscule amount. And the government doesn't put it in toothpaste. The toothpaste companies put it in. Why? Cuz it helps your teeth out tremendously. It's not a conspiracy to tranquilize the masses. And the fluoride that is put in doesn't come directly from a smokestack and into your water or tooth paste. The only things that are put into your water is chlorine, which keeps you from getting sick, and fluoride which helps your teeth out. The only other heavy metals found in your water are there because of the pipes that put that water into your house. Don't get all freaked out and do better research. Don't just listen to whatever hippie source you got this from.

I like flouride. It tastes nice. I think they should add more of it to water. They should add it to food, too. They should inject vegetables and fruit trees with it. Restaurants should serve special flouride dishes. We need it. It's an essential part of our diet. That's why Russians are so healthy and tough. Commies knew what they were doing.
