I went to a Conservative candidate's house once and asked him if he was going to my party when Thatcher died, Crass wrote about five anti-Thatch songs, the BBC's spoof futurist documentary 'Jeffrey Archer, The Truth' had Jeffrey reminiscing about the death of Thatcher saying 'It was tragic really, her lying there being slowly eaten by her four cats, and then, when they discovered her, to be left in a hospital corridor for weeks, and when they finally discovered who she was, for her to die in that tragic operating table accident!' which the Daily Mirror's TV critic quoted and put under the headline 'Wishful Thinking of the Week'.
God! I'm non-violent myself but I'll feel a lot better when she dies after what she put me through as well as millions of others.
Spenser Perseval was the only British PM to be assassinated. I wished that she would be the second all the way through her reign of terror.
Can anyone think of a more hated British PM?

Yesterday...my niece got beat up by an illegal woman from Mexico.She had an altercation with a young lady and the young ladies mom jumped in and beat the CRAP outta her.She had to go to th ER.Believe it or not.....I still don't want ALL illegals deported.Should this have changed my opinion?

Why is it soooo shocking that inteligence agaencies confirmed there were WMD's. Yes the UN didnt think so because they couldn't find any. Policy dictates that's what they go by not one or two countries intelligence. Sadam wanted the world to think he had them. sneaking things out the back door while the UN was walking through the front. It gave him great leverage. He never imagined he would actually be invaded.

Why is Arkansas so Democratic compared to the rest of the southern states??? Are they more socially liberal? or economicly liberal??? They have 3 of its 4 congressman as Dems, both of its Senators, and most of its statewide offices! And 3 out of every 4 legislative seats!!!!

I filed a lawsuit in Miami, Florida for damages, allegations of misappropriating funds, false name usage, harrassment, theft by deception, false billing. I asked for a trial by jury in my initial complaint and the "flurry of motions" is running its course. Now, I have a date for a "motion to dismiss" filed by the attorney(s) for the defendant and I will need to argue that the case not be dismissed and move forward to jury trial.

HOW or WHAT do I do in regards to "arguing" that the matter NOT be dismissed?

I know two people who have been required to submit photographs with their applications, one for a job, one for a medical school. I suspect this is not legal. Can a LAWYER please confirm or deny this? Also, assume that in both cases, looks are theoretically unimportant; that is, the job was not modeling, acting, etc.
