If it was leaving the scene of a property damage accident only the penalties will be less severe then if you left the scene of a personal injury accident. If you are talking of leaving the scene of an accident where the other vehicle was unoccupied, parked it shouldn't be too bad. If you hit a pedestrian and left the scene it will be quite severe. i dont drive but i do no you will be going to prison but for how long i couldnt tell you
