1. The fact that a huge percentage of illegals are using someones social security #, this creates huge problems for the American that has that number.
Read the story on the link, how could the officials let this keep going?? And if an American citizen was to use someone elses number it would be considered to be a felony, and we would be sent to prison.
2. Welfare/ state aid, the money spent on illegals in this area is outrageous....this money could be better spent elsewhere and should be. Illegals should not be allowed to receive any benefits.

My biggest beef with illegal aliens is that they bring their children here, and then American citizens and LEGAL immigrants have to pay out of their pocket to support them. Not to mention, these poor kids grow up with dillusions that they're going to have a better life here (thanks mainly to their dillusional parents) then grow up without a green card. Next thing you know, the INS is on their tail, they're being a burden to Americans, and all their future plans are blown to bits. These illegal immigrants should be held accountable for their selfish, small minded actions, and something must be done so that these poor children do not pay for what their parents did.
As far as Joe's comment, his statement is true to some extent, but keep in mind, these immigrant kids turn to crime because they have no other option. They're not legal, so they can't legally work, get a college education, or even build a career. Even if they get a job, it would mostly be menial and minimum wage. All this because their stupid families messed up. It's disgusting! I am a first generation immigrant myself, and I sympathize with anyone who is fed up with the actions of these immoral people.

How about the fact that their first act is to break the law? You know, *ILLEGAL* immigrants.....shouldn't there be a preference for those who respect the rule of law and follow procedure? Shouldn't there be a penalty for breaking the law that doesn't give the crimina what they want? Would you expect someone accused of stealing to be given a firm talking to by the judge and then not only released but allowed to keep everything they stole?
Quite frankly, all the other complaints I see above are also true of segments of American population who are legally in the country.

1. They broke the law sneaking in here. No respect for the law.
2. They don't pay taxes, yet they take the service provided by taxpayers.
3. Their sense of entitlement.
4. Refusing to learn English.
5. 5% of the country but 30% of prisoners. Rampant crime.
6. Remain loyal to their own country, not America.
7. Take jobs from Americans, lower wages.
8. Flying a foreign flag.

The thing that upsets me the most concerning illegal immigrants is that they think they have the right to be hear taking seats in our public school, getting free medical care, and bitching about Americans. If they would like to live in our country I think they should handle it similar to my grandparents and enter the country legally.

That they come here and do not assimilate into our culture at all. They take U.S. dollars (see: jobs), send it back home, and that's it. I actually feel the same about many legal immigrants as well (namely Asians and Indians). I have lived in California for 8 years now, and they ALL keep to themselves, in their own groups, using ONLY their own kind for services, etc. And I HATE when people say, "we are all immigrants". Yes, my family, several generations ago, came here from other countries. But you know what? They did it the legal way, not jumping over border fences (they came through Ellis Island). And they also learned to assimilate into America and accept and embrace it's culture, in addition to their original one.

They avoid the legal limits that we set on immigration of poor people whose services like education we subsidize. Those limits are to protect both our wallets and our people who need those services themselves -- such as our children.
Overcrowded, underfunded and highly ESL concentrated schools in our border states no longer serve our own children properly. Emergency rooms have closed by the score in Southern California, unable to support the cost of free emergency care to illegal aliens. Meanwhile hospitals charge the rest of us more to try to recoup that amount, so our own health care and insurance costs soar.

#1-They don't pay taxes, yet they receive tax-payer funded services.
#2- They drive vehicles with no insurance, get in accidents and flee the country. (Happen to a family member in South Texas)
#3- They are criminals by virtue of being in the country illegally.
There are many people who come to the US from other countries and go through channels to do it legally. Why should people who want to by-pass these channels be treated special?

im more into "operation: return to sender", because of what i saw on tv. They say that 97% of the illegal immigrants are involved in crimnal activity such as illegal drug dealing, GANGS!, fights, thefts.shootings.etc. the other 3 % are the actual hard workers, so i feel we drive these illegal ones out!!!!!

They refuse to learn English, and they are here illegaly. If they are here legally, I'm fine with them as long as they ATTEMPT to speak English. Classes should be offered to immigrants from day 1. I mean, if you can't read "No Parking" or "No Left Turn", you shouldn't be able to drive.
