That's what all Democratic Senators but one and all moderate Republicans but two said today. Shouldn't our president stop insulting this country with trivial BS like this? Isn't it just blatant politics of the most juvenile kind?>

Got into a car accident a month ago hired a lawyer the next day. Im still sitting here with no car, lost my job, unbelieveable pain, and no signs of anything soon. Should i fire my lawyer and get a new one, or should i wait another month and see what happens? How do i got about firing my lawyer and getting a new one?

i need to describe it in pictures. we cant do any words or 15 points will be taken off of the project!

i already have a tree with 3 branches, so i need to know which one has the least to most value or if they all have the same worth.

The Dems & Repub have made a mockery out of doing the right thing for the people! They lie, cheat, steal, sell us out for their gain, flought the law, run up our debt to the moon, sell our secrets to the Chinese and Russians, and laugh at us for being stupid all the way to the bank! When will we have had enough as Popeye says "enough is enough and thats all I can stand!" The dinos were to have died 65 million years ago how come they are still in the Gov? Should'nt we get rid of them? Are we going to wait until America is ruined before we get them out whatever it takes?

I sure think so. I think it might be wiser to create an energy policy, researchin a cure for AIDS, making healthcare affordable, keeping pharmaceuticals within accessible to the poor, maintaining Social Security, raising the minimum wage, prosecuting corporate greed mongers, passing campaign reform, stopping slaughter in the Sudan, finding Osama bin Laden, protecting our ports, preventing traffic deaths, researching alternative fuels, saving the domestic airline and auto industries, and investigating the NSA's spying on innocent citizens. But that would assume Bush cares about us & we all know that's a joke.

My mother and father were married only once and I am one of only two sons. My father passed away without leaving a will. My brother and I agree we want everything to go to our mom, not claiming any inheritance, until our mother passes away. My father had some royalty that was seperate property that we want our mother to have until she passes. The only other property is come acreage that was held in common. Can a statement be made to this extent in a Affidavit of Heirship? If so, what would some example verbiage be? This is the state of Texas.

My neighbor got a termination of lease because while her teenage daughter was being assaulted by another neighbor's teenage kids, her daughter cursed at them. The neighbor's teenage kids attacked her with a pipe and knife, fondled her private parts, and threatened to rape her. Her teenage daughter is recovering from her injuries and is an emotional wreck. My neighbor is currently trying to get disability because she has a lot of medical problems and hasn't been able to work in over a year. This is low income housing and you cannot get low income housing again for 3 years after an eviction, and she has no where else to go right now because she doesn't have income. The landlord took the other neighbor's word for what happened because there were several people against her daughter even though the daughter had injuries. This other neighbor has been a problem since they've moved here and one of their kids has assaulted my own child and my daughter can't play outside since they moved here.

I understand if you live in S.California or any place that has a high population of illegals.But they are only 4% of the population.How can they bring the US "to it's knees".Some of you are starting to sound like "doomsday" preachers.Maybe we need to take a step back for a moment.This issue with immigration is not the biggest problem for the US right now.
