My neighbor got a termination of lease because while her teenage daughter was being assaulted by another neighbor's teenage kids, her daughter cursed at them. The neighbor's teenage kids attacked her with a pipe and knife, fondled her private parts, and threatened to rape her. Her teenage daughter is recovering from her injuries and is an emotional wreck. My neighbor is currently trying to get disability because she has a lot of medical problems and hasn't been able to work in over a year. This is low income housing and you cannot get low income housing again for 3 years after an eviction, and she has no where else to go right now because she doesn't have income. The landlord took the other neighbor's word for what happened because there were several people against her daughter even though the daughter had injuries. This other neighbor has been a problem since they've moved here and one of their kids has assaulted my own child and my daughter can't play outside since they moved here.

Will freedom be worth living in a police state Of course so long as you obey the law The only trouble is the people with the hats control the jackboots.

Did any one file a police report?
Are there any hospital reports about the attack?
I don't think this is fair or legal either especially if there was a police report indicating what really happened to that girl.
I think this woman can fight this if she has the strength to do so.
Were there any witnesses to what happened?
I think if the police were to get involved this mess could be straightened out.
This woman has to file a police report now if she hasn't done so already.
Heck, she could go to the D.A. for help to bring charges up against those who assaulted the daughter and why shouldn't she curse at them for what they were doing to her and were going to do to her.
What kind of people are those who chose to take sides with demons anyway?
You are a good person to ask for advice for these people and please take them to the police and file charges now and also see the D.A. too.
Best of luck to you and the two friends who really need you now more than ever.

I would contact your local city government (court house) and see if you can't get a low incomed lawyer. A lot of lawyers will help for free or charge a small fee such as $25. When the "incident" happened were the police involved? With a valid police report and documentation of the incident (i.e. medical bills and records) you have a fighting chance. I am terribly sorry for what has happened to these poor children and I hope things work out for you.

I would look into getting a restraining order. More importently I would get a hold of your local congress person. If the case is compelling enough they WILL bend the rules for you. They want to be re elected.

I am very sorry to hear about your situation my heart really goes out to you. I wish you the best of luck. If it is legal in your area I would recomend getting police grade pepper spray.

Also you may be able to get a pettision together and get everyone together to sign it. This can force there hand and make them leave.

Good Luck. Seriously.

Contact public housing and ask what courses of action you and your friend can take, maybe they can at least point you in the right legal direction. No one should ever have to live in terror under any circumstances, especially when you can't afford to move.
