President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Defense Donald H. 8) Violations and subversions of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, both a part of the "Supreme Law of the land" under Article VI, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, in an attempt to commit with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes in wars and threats of aggression against Afghanistan, Iraq and others and usurping powers of the United Nations and the peoples of its nations by bribery, coercion and other corrupt acts and by rejecting treaties, committing treaty violations, and frustrating compliance with treaties in order to destroy any means by which international law and institutions can prevent, affect, or adjudicate the exercise of U.S. military and economic power against the international community.
9) Acting to strip United States citizens of their constitutional and human rights, ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to counsel, without charge, and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the Executive of a citizen as an "enemy combatant."
10) Ordering indefinite detention of non-citizens in the United States and elsewhere, and without charge, at the discretionary designation of the Attorney General or the Secretary of Defense.
11) Ordering and authorizing the Attorney General to override judicial orders of release of detainees under INS jurisdiction, even where the judicial officer after full hearing determines a detainee is wrongfully held by the government.

14) Use of secret arrests of persons within the United States and elsewhere and denial of the right to public trials.
15) Authorizing the monitoring of confidential attorney-client privileged communications by the government, even in the absence of a court order and even where an incarcerated person has not been charged with a crime.
16) Ordering and authorizing the seizure of assets of persons in the United States, prior to hearing or trial, for lawful or innocent association with any entity that at the discretionary designation of the Executive has been deemed "terrorist."
17) Engaging in criminal neglect in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, depriving thousands of people in Louisiana, Mississippi and other Gulf States of urgently needed support, causing mass suffering and unnecessary loss of life.
18) Institutionalization of racial and religious profiling and authorization of domestic spying by federal law enforcement on persons based on their engagement in noncriminal religious and political activity.
19) Refusal to provide information and records necessary and appropriate for the constitutional right of legislative oversight of executive functions.
20) Rejecting treaties protective of peace and human rights and abrogation of the obligations of the United States under, and withdrawal from, international treaties and obligations without consent of the legislative branch, and including termination of the ABM treaty between the United States and Russia, and rescission of the authorizing signature from the Treaty of Rome which served as the basis for the International Criminal Court.
George W. Bush has intentionally misled the Congress and the public regarding the threat from Iraq in order to justify a war against Iraq, in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 1001 and intentionally conspired with others to defraud the United States in connection with the war against Iraq in violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 371; and
George W. George W. Bush has conspired to commit the torture of prisoners in violation of the UN Torture Convention and the Geneva Convention, which under Article VI of the Constitution are part of the "supreme Law of the Land"; and
George W. Bush has acted to strip Americans of their constitutional rights by ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to legal counsel, without charge and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the President of a U.S. citizen as an "enemy combatant", all in subversion of law; and
In all of this George W. Bush has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President, subversive of constitutional government to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the State of ___________ and of the United States.
Be it resolved that George W. Bush, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.

I am ready for Bush to get out of office, but not for the reason that you might think. George Bush took this country through a truly horrific time of its existence. Everyone seems to blame him for the war in Iraq, but they forget that it was him that kept this country strong after 9/11. I thank God that it wasn't Al Gore leading this country after 9/11.
I am ready for him to leave office becuase it will be 8 years and its the law that he leaves. Also, I want to see if anyone else can lead this country any better.
Inevitably, the economy will jump (as it always does when any President leaves office) and the Democrats will take credit for it even though it will be the Republican's policies that help that recovery. (By the way, the Republican's took credit for the same thing when they took over from Clinton). More importantly than the Presidency, is that I am ready for new leadership in our country's political parties. Although they are not head of the Democratic convention, the Kennedy's and Clinton's are the Democratic party and are blinded by that little letter at the end of their name (Hillary Clinton -D NY and Ted Kennedy - D Mass) instead of looking at what is really wrong with this country. Same thing goes for the Republicans.
Personally, I am curious as to who the Democrats put forward in 2008. If they aren't careful, and they put Hillary up there, they might find themselves left out for 4 more years. I think its time that this country came back toward the middle of the politcial spectrum where most American's are at.

the present american administration is driving the world back to the 70's ( the cold war for those who does not remember the 70's) a lot of progress was made in the past 20 years, the berlin wall came down, mandela was free and became president! president bush has managed to make us forget all that, he wants to re-write the history not only of the USA but also the whole world, I think the worse is that no body trust americans anymore, and that is bad. An american style democracy only works in america!! when is he going to understand that if a democracy is imposed is not a democracy, it is an occupation!go back to geneva and face judgement!

me and my entire family and we PROUDLY support our troops while showing our "bush's last day" bumper sticker. the man is killing not only innocent Americans in a war, that was used to get back at saddam, for his own father who never did it (oh wait, for all you people who do believe there was and is weapons, don't you thin k either the UN or the soildiers/intelligence people found them? ) Maybe all the WMDS would have exploded with the suicide bombers? Bush has caused tons of people to die, both in Afghanistan and Iraq and he should be impeached.
and soon he will almost have 50% even people hating him with this new proposed law about gay marriages.
oh, i can not wait until january of 2009 when he is gone.
and all you bush lovers, go watch fox news channel or go shoot some random guy in the face and not tell the police about it for a good day. kthanks.

I am deeply grieved by his conduct. He's wrecking our economy for many years to come, showing a disregard for global warming, started a needless war, and shows a reckless disregard for human suffering. I've been writing to legislators on the state and federal levels, urging impeachment. I've never seen such an inept leader. He's out of touch with reality, uses religion as a platform for bad decisions, is a shallow thinker, and takes his orders from the arms manufacturers and oil companies. In a crusade for global sanity, we must remove foolish leaders. Remember that chaos flows from the top downward.

Well, let's see...since he has taken office:
1) It will cost me more than twice as much to buy the house I've been saving for,
2) It costs me $720/mo. in gas to do my job, when it used to cost me $280/mo.,
3) We have experienced our worst terrorist attack and our worst natural disaster, neither of which was handled well by the White House,
4) America's reputation abroad is the worst it's ever been, and his reputation within our borders (approval rating) is the lowest for a President since Watergate.
Yes, I'm ready.

I'm not even American, and I can't wait for him to leave!
From an international perspective, him and his administration have caused too much hatred and animosity towards the U.S. with their arrogance and disrespect towards others.
Ultimately, the average American suffers from this. They're stereotyped based on their leader's actions. I have many American friends, and I don't consider them any different from me.
And people like him because he's religious and supposedly "Christian"?
Oh please, that's just a cover-up to maintain his support from his core of gullable supporters. A "true" Christian wouldn't have done such things that he did.
Now I'm not saying that the next president will be any different, but really, how can it get any worse?

Im not. ill admit he isnt the best president ever, and i dont agree with everything he does, but we need him right now to finish what we have commited to. America needs to start supporting what we are doing in Iraq instead of throwing everything down. If we just pull out of Iraq, all the lives that have been lost fighting for this country and freedom would be lost and forgotten. We need to finish what we started.
