I don't think we do believe that...racist are everywhere...whites people hate others, black people hate others...people hate people...just look around.

According to 1997 Time/ CNN poll, 89% of Black teenagers reported "little or no" racism in their life.

Most people encourage diversity. Certainly, on an institutional level, most jobs and colleges PREFER minorities.

Not true. At least not in the UK. As has been mentioned before, minorities are PREFERED in most cases. Equality is greatly encouraged.

racist is a term used to avoid and argument that some one can't win unless they change it to form where the other person is trying defend a position on ethnicity not facts that were originally being discussed
