I accidently dropped my pet hamster down the toilet at the weekend, before I had realised what I had done I had flushed.

Will she survive and if so, how good are a Hamster's homing insticts, will she find her way back to me?

I have a rosehair tarantula. She eats and drinks well. Latley i've noticed she seems...i donno, depressed? Like she's not herself, feeling under the weather. (no joke!) Last night she made a web on the bottom of her terrarium and later i found her laying on it, belly up. What's going on? I flipped her back over but she seems very weak. Her legs don't support her well and she is very slow moving. I've owned her for several months now. Any ideas as to whats going on?

Hello,

My rabbit is a year old and has never been castrated. I keep reading articles about male rabbits that are uncastrated always trying to mount things etc......I have never seen my bunny do this! Obviously thats not a bad thing but I was wondering if I should be worried that something is wrong with my bunny? Are there actually specific characteristics of uncastrated rabbits? (He is a house rabbit and lives with 4 other people, no other animals)

Every day when I get up I go to feed my rabbit and when I open the cage it starts screaming.
And it does to every body in the house accept my father.
And when it screams I pick it up and pet.
But it always looks upset for some reason.
And i put it back in the cage and its starts kickings its bowl and toys around the cage and starts screaming again.
How do I stop it from doing it.

my horse crib bites when he is stabled and also on the fence in his field. when he bites, he also makes a sucking noise, is this harmfull to him in any way? and how can i stop it?

ive also noticed the small pony that shares his field and is stabled opposite him, has started to crib bite, but only occasionally and doesnt make the "sucking" sound.

I just purchased a monkey last month and i have no idea how to take care of him. I figured since they are more like humans they would be easy work. But i was very, very wrong. I cant get rid of him because I've already bonded with him. Who out there knows how to take care of a baby chimp cuz i am honestly, clueless. I know it seems pointless to purchase a monkey not knowing how to take care of it but he was love at first site.

My friends horse, Sadie, has been through a big change. Her previous owner comitted suicide a while back and she was put out to graze. Now she is owned by my best friend. We always have trouble saddleing her up because she gets ancy and rears up a bit. We think she's a sad horse because her ears are always back and she's got that depressed look in her eyes. Do any of you know anything about natural horseman ship? And if so what should we do so that she calms down so we can get a saddle on? (by the way~ she's a wonderful horse when we go on trails and she never acts up apart from the saddle)

I have been accused of imbuing my kitten with human type feelings. But I am certain that he sometimes feels; happy, sad, cross, lonely, playful etc... and that I can tell due to the way he behaves. What do you reckon?

When a pet food company puts on their packages, "Gourmet flavor" who is determining this? SUre, they might test the food on animals but how do they know if the animals really like the food...? Do they actually have humans trying it or something?

Have you ever wondered this? Just wondering is all. Thanks

I secretly have two newborn mice, and my friends dad is a Vet, so i know they don't have raibies, but i've allready had a close call with my mom, and she wan'ts them dead as doormats, but I realy love them, and have allready named them Skitter and Twitter and I'm spending my own money on their food. Their mom is dead, adnd if they go out into the wild they'll die, because i've been bottle feeding them and they don't know how to get food on their own. I can't leave them to die, or bear to give them away, but otherwise my mom will kill them. HELP!
