I can get the bridle on just not the bit, this morning I have been working with her and she would thrash her head around but about an hour later I had her at the point where she would stay still and i had the bridle on her just without the bit and she was tolerating the bit around her mouth but not in it. Any suggestions? Teeth have been checked

I have a dog with itching problem. I use canine advanitx on her and have also been giving her supplements for skin and coat.

I understand that benadryl(diphenhydramine) helps provide relief. Drs Foster/Smith sells benadryl in 50 mg caps. That is plenty for a person, it seems like a lot for an animal.

I am interested in hearing what other dog owners have had success with, in terms of treating canine skin allergy symptoms?

My husbands family is in the process of moving and couldn't take all their cats with them so we recently adopted one of their cats. His family said he was the quiet one of the group. (there were 3 other cats becides him in his old home) But since we have had him he has been meowing alot and sometimes pretty loud. Is there anyway to make a cat stop meowing? We live in an apartment and don't want the neighbors to hear. The owner of the complex said we could have a cat but if we get just one complaint we have to get rid of him. :( We are moving in the begining of April so we just need him to be quiet until then! Anyone have suggestions to keep him quiet? We have had him for about one week now, he has always been an indoor cat. He is 2 years old and is already fixed and declawed, we keep the house and litter box clean, his food and water dish are always full, and we pet and play with him often!

I used to give my 11 month old cat Meow Mix dry food and yesterday I brought another kind that's really good for her health! I paid almost $20.00 bucks for it! Yesterday night she ate a lot because she really liked it! This morning she vomited and now she doesn't want to eat neither one! What'll I do???

I was just wondering cuz I gave my cat catnip and after he wanted treat, I didn't know if it was munchies, like people get after pot, or if he was just in the mood for a treat.

He seems to to have these sneezing fits when he starts to purr. He's been to the Dr. twice and they say he's healthy. He also has an eye that runs very often. I'm starting to get concerned after a major fit this morning. I'm starting to avoid petting him in the chance the purring is the cause of his sneazing fits. I'm bewildered. Any advice would be great.
