What is the behavior try a new training method something that worked on one dog wont work on all dogs. If you scold her for potting in the house or when chewing in things that she shouldn't and she behaves aggressively than it is time to change strategy. Try a can of pennies(you put pennies in the can and tap it closed ) then when the dog is barking, chewing or doing any bad behavior you shake the can it scares the dog and then you give it a dog toy or take the dog out. Also you can tell the dog( when outside) to go "POTTY" and give the dog a treat then the dog will want to go outside. Hope this helps

collies are herding dogs and are very intelligent u need to challenge her mind more then u are. are u running with her everyday standing out side with her until she actually does her business or are u giving in and going inside when toilet training collies its best to go on to the lawn with her and stand there until she finally does what she is supposed to u need to remember that U are the alpha dog and don't give in keep making her do what u want her to do after u stand outside with her until she go´s to the bathroom when u are still out side reward her with a treat they are very smart dogs and need to be taught something new everyday or they get bored and misbehave

The collie is very clever, they need plenty of attention and at least one good walk each day,you need to be fair but firm with her,
but never hit her.The best thing is to see a dog training expert,or a vet who may understand, but dont let them try sell you tranquilisers
or anything like that. There are natural solutions to this problem.

best thing i done for dog was go to a puppy class ,you arent saying the problem is it growling or snapping at you?
puppy classes are great as the trainer will give advice plus help train puppy classes ig oto start on basic then you can sign up for next levels up.

easy way you can toilet train .... puppy is taken outside on regular basis when puppy wakes it will be wating to go shortly bring it outside stay with it ,say something like go toilet (when it is going ) and then praise it and give a treat ,everytime you bring it out say go toilet and repeat praise and treat ,accident in house do not shout and hit puppy it will not know what is wrong just clean up mess and ignore puppy .
after the going outside it will learn going outside is good and it gets treats after more time you can actually bring the dog outside and say go toilet and it then will go for u rather than u hanging around waiting .

You can have your vet test her for aggression, or contact a humane society to find out where to have it done. Training classes also might help. Don't play aggressive games with puppy; tug of war with toys, etc.
Please watch this trait carefully and take action.
My precious puppy grew to be a biter and had to be put down after one year. Never bit family, but found children he played with frequently to be quite tasty. No mauling, but a small taste that traumatized the child, caused me legal problems and cost him his life. That was three years ago, but I'm still grieving.

You haven't said what she is doing when you are training her. If she's peeing when you are telling her not to do something then don't worry. It's normal and she will grow out of it. Just be gentle when telling her and make her go outside immediately.

Probably one of the most intelligent breed of dogs. Need to be kept active and use there brain. Very easy to train too. When she does something you dont like use a water spray on her. she will soon get the message.

at training we were always told to praise anything good, Ignore anything bad, so rather than saying NO and telling off, just ignore
