I want a dog just like Jessica Simpsons on The Newlyweds..Her dog Daisy is just the cutest dog.. it looks like my very first dog I had growing up and have decided to get one in the near future. I heard Jessica say in an interview her dog Daisy's parents were Maltese and Toy Apricot Poodle .. Where can I find a Maltipoo like this? Does anyone know a reliable breeder? I have a 3 yr old cat also how can I get them use to each other I was thinking of putting them in their separate carriers with the cages closed close but far to stare and get used to each other are there any techniques?

I had three betta fish living together in a betta bowl and the orange one just killed one of the blue ones. Now I'm afraid to have the other blue and orange stay together in the bowl. They keep swimming near each other and threatening each other. How can I stop this?

I will be getting a cockatiel and keeping it in my room. My kitchen is being renevated (redone) and pretty much torn down for 3 weeks. The kitchen is donwstairs and my bedroom is upstairs. Should i wait for the kitchen to be finished before i purchase a bird? Please email me if you need to.

Last week my 9-month-old Mini lop male rabbit was exposed to another rabbit (female) for only a minute or so, (they only sniffed noses b/c I was holding him) and ever since then my rabbit thinks that everything else around him is a female rabbit...not trying to sound disgusting, but he has tried humping anything and everything (even people.) It's embarrassing me. This happens every day now. Anything I can do to make him stop this if I don't really feel like spending the money for him to have surgery?

I have 3 poodles all males, 3yo, 1yo and 6mths. my 3yo about 1 yr ago started growling and recently he is now starting to bite me. so far only me will growl at my finance on occasion. HELP me....have tried closing him up in room alone, also holding his snout during growl session....doesn't work. Testosterone?? always humping on the 1 yo. bites/growls at the 6mth old.....

My cousin just had her baby two-months premature. While she is in the hospital with her we are watching her english bulldog. This dog shows aggressive and dominant behaviors. Would this be a good dog for her to keep when she brings the baby home?

I have a very lovable, protective cat who will be 3 years in April. She has not been spayed or declawed ( I dont plan on declawing her, I have read it hurts the animal and can change their behavior and if she ever got out in the wild I would want her to protect herself) I had a dog all my life who passed away 3 and a half years ago. I want a dog so bad and have wanted a dog since my dog passed away. I dont think my cat would get along with a dog if I got a dog and I would be so afraid my cat would claw the new dogs eyes (This happend to my shih tzu and a local neighborhood cat, he was blind for life in one eye) I couldnt stand of giving up my cat to a shelter it really hurts my heart. I love animals so much I believe in keeping them no matter what.

I live in a 1000sq ft apartment alone. What is to consider here? Is it possible? Please advise! I know dogs are a very big reponsibility and very dependable and Id be a very good owner! :)

My Cat went to heaven today after a good 14 years of friendship.
I couldn't watch him suffer so I had to have him put to sleep.
Cause was heart failure from just age or cancer causing fluid in the lungs.

Now I weep and cannot stop.

Why does this have to happen on Christmas Day...?

My jack russell is 16 yrs old. She has now had her season for 6 weeks and i am worrying that this could be cancer. We have never had problems like this before- they have always been the usual 3 weeks with very little evidence of bleeding. Now I am finding little drips every where.
Any thoughts??
