I have had three rabbits that were house-trained. They don't have the intellectual capacity of a dog or a cat, but that doesn't mean that they can't be trained.
In regards to litter box training. Put the rabbit in a secure location with a linenoleum or other hard floor, just not carpet. Provide them with a litter box and fill it with kitty litter - NOT shavings. Rabbits do not like to get dirty and shavings will stick to them and smell and they will not use the box. When, they "go" put the poo in the box and clean up the floor with something that does NOT smell like ammonia. Pee smells like ammonia and they will come back to the place that they pooed at. Get rid of the smell on the floor, put the poopies in the box and put the bunny in the box. Keep doing this and 5-10 days later they will be trained.
As far as other training, you can try techniques used for cats, but bunnies are not as smart and each one is different. However bunnies are loyal, affectionate and will learn to follow you around, play hide and seek and other things as long as you are consistant. I highly recommend them. The only thing to watch out for is their chewing. Their teeth continually grow unless they chew on something. Provide them with safe wood (hard, with no splinters or chew things at the pet store). They love wires and electrical cords so you will need to cover them or they can get hurt.
Good luck.

Train them to do what? You can litter box train a rabbit pretty easily. Just buy a small litter box for their cage and put shavings in it, you might have to put some of the wet (peed on) shaving in it so that the rabbit knows the smell. They're pretty smart so they should start to use the litter box instead of just going randomly where-ever.
I dont know what else you'd want to teach a rabbit to do, just know that they take a LOT of time as pets in order to keep them happy & healthy.

Depends on what you are trying to train him for. Rabbits are not really trick animals...though they can be fun and entertaining!!!
Our pet rabbit is house trained. They are actually fairly smart animals and can be house trained easily as long as you work with them and stay consistant. They actually tend to find one spot they want to use the bathroom and then stay there. So getting them to use a litter box isnt that hard.

Rabbit's are smart, we had one that jumped through hoops, walked on a leash, sat up and begged like a dog, rode on a surf board, swam with the kids, loved boating too, she even walked up and down planks, came when called, used litter box and went inside to bed when told, just treat it like a dog, they actually learn faster than most dogs. By the way rabbits and cats make great friends!

just like you would a dog. one thing thats really easy is training them to use a litter box. rabbits always poop in the same place, so you just put a litter box there. read some books on it.
