I know I have tetra for sure but what are the other kinds? When they breed do they lay eggs or what? Also when is it mature enough to breed?

I couldnt find my cat casper all day then I heard him in our living room and I could not see him i looked everywhere until i realise he was inside the wall! i didntt know how he got there and I paniced I started drilling a half inch hole in the wall to get him food and water and I think I may have struck him with the drill when i broke through the wall and went in further with the drill bit than I wanted to go..he made a squealing sound I have never heard him make before and made moaning noises for a long time before going quiet I am not sure if he is drinking the water I poured through the hole I tried forcing cat food through the hole..most of it got stuck but some of it got through and I thought I heard casper eating it but i may have been mistaken

what can I do I dont want to destroy the wall but Im worried about my cat..please help

.Ok this is serious so please only serious answers. I really dont know what to do. I have recently visited a dogs home and found 2 dogs that I could offer a home, a lurcher and a jack russell both lovely dogs that we felt a immediate bond with but we can only offer a home to 1 of them. We spoke to the staff who informed us that the lurcher had not been assessed yet but her records noted that she may suffer from eplipsey although she showed no signs in the kennels. They are doing tests Tuesday 5th December before we know for definite. But the jack russel is assessed and ready to be homed now.Its a busy rehoming centre so she could be rehomed at any time if someone else also likes her. So do I contact them and rehome the jack russel or wait to see if the lurcher is epeleptic. If she is unfortunately we cant rehome her incase she fits while we are at work. I am emotionally stuck .Help me do the right thing. What makes it hard is that I feel the lurcher picked us if that makes any sense.

I have a couple of golden retrievers. The male is 4 years old and the female is not yet one year old (like 8 months). I want them to make puppies, but I don't know when would be an appropiate time for tasha (the female) to become pregnant. Of course, considering that the puppies should be healthy and that she would not be in danger.
Thank you for your comments.

My cat, Theo loves to eat. He eats all of the time and has no physical activity. You try to play with him but he just plops down. He is very loving and sweet. We can just feed him 3 or 2 times a day, because we have other cats that need to eat too and Margot actually doesn't eat much so everytime she is hungry we let her eat as long as she likes. So how can I get Theo to loose weight?

How often do you have to feed it? I don’t want to under or over feed her. The old owner said it was 3 years old. She is a Burmese Python, and is just over 3.5 meters
Oh and one more thing is it safe to let it out of its cage to mosey its way around the house when no one is home, or if they are?

At what age do dogs usually begin to menstrate? I always thought that it was around 6 months old but my dog is over 8 months and still has not started. Wondering if there could be a health problem. What are some of the ages other peoples dogs have started and if anyone knows of health problems causing late start. Thanks ahead of time.

Alright. ive been wondering about this question for a while now. Number 1, noone who answers this question is going to be able to tell me for sure, it'll just be your opinion, because if you were an animal, you wouldnt be on yahoo answers to tell me what you think. but i was just wondering, can animals tell who is who? Ok, i can go to work, and i know who jack is, i know who jim is, i know who benny is, and i know this just by looking at their faces. can animals do the same thing? just by looking at another animals face? I know they can tell by smell.

Now, im not racist or anything, but im white. Black people, Asian people, etc.. almost all look alike to me. I AM SERIOUSLY NOT BEING RACIST. I am in the army, and im fighting along side alot of differant races, so i know im not. But im just saying that everyone that isnt white looks almost alike. so, could it be that a dog knows another dog's face? im just curious.

I think people should wait a while; unless that's what determines the association. That's something that comes out naturally afterwards.

Neutering pets is the right thing to do, for health and cat population control reasons, but will castration change his personality and turn him into a furry pillow, or just free him from a vexing instinct giving him more time for magic?
Is it even ethical to manipulate his hormonal balance and deprive the world of his spawn?
