You didn't mention how old your dog is, but if your dog acts otherwise normal and active and this is something that happens in the morning or occasionally, ,it simply means that your dog is hungry and has an empty tummy.
I went through the same with my pup and that's what the vet told me. Since I started her feeding her a few snacks at bedtime and giving her something when she wakes up, it stopped. Try giving your dog a little snack before bedtime or as soon as he or she wakes up in the morning or during he day, you can give the dog a treat or two in the afternoon until it's time for dinner.

you do not say something about length, age, breed of canines or if the canines has been "grazing" or no longer. commonly many dogs will purely get an disenchanted tummy and could devour some grass, throw up and be finished. each and every from time to time it lasts longer than that. in the adventure that your canines is otherwise ingesting and ingesting commonly and if he's not a youthful pup (who might want to dehydrate very right now)..then it really is alright to attend 24-40 8 hours and note how this is going. If it keeps or seems to worsen...then by all ability get to the vet.

My lab has done this infrequently for six years, primarily in the morning. It's nothing to worry about--it's simply bile that comes up as a result of nothing in his stomach. Make sure you feed him (her) 3 times per day, good science puppy food. Probably a cup each time. That way, it will be full throughout the day.

My puppy did a few days ago. When a puppy is young it is normal for them to throw up frequently- only give them water for a few hours then their normal kibble.
The yellow foam is them throwing up bile because they have nothing in their stomach.

It is just stomach acids. Not a big deal, but if it bothers you try giving a couple treats in between meals, they tend to do it when the stomach has been empty for awhile.
