If the dog destroys it, it has too much energy for soft play. Buy your dog hard rubber toys and play with your animal, fetch or whatever. When I got my puppy he had a stuffed bunny which was adorable but one day when he got older and more aggressive he ripped it apart playing with it. The dog doesnt understand, you have to buy it appropriate toys.

My ex' s pug... and the stuffed animals!

Do you spend 5 bucks on a toy that you know your kid will break in the car before you get home? ... and we all don't spoil our pets!..

anyways, her pug.. HATED squeakers, and old people. He tear the squeakers out of the stuffed animals. He knew were to look, the dog was smart, he put the new stuffed animal on the ground and use his big flat nose and go over the entire stuffed animal. The first week was usually devoted to removing all the squeakers... umm due to his facial features, usually took him a while. Then after all the squeakers were gone, the second week was devoted to removing every bit of stuffing some poor Chinese kid put relentless effort into stuffing the animal. Then the third week.... ahhhh bits and shreds of what remains of the previous overpriced toy....

Get her some squeaker's. That might be what she is looking for. You can Buy packs of them. My dog does that. All she wants is the squeaker. She will play with them and it stopped her from tearing her toys to pieces.

Every Time she rips the stuffing out stuff it back in. I had to do that a few times. Sometimes they just what to "kill" something.

my dog is a year n 3 months and she dosnt rip the cotton of the toyz like she used 2. She still does but itz less. we would buy her tha toyz wit da sweaky sound and she'll bite it of. she does have this soft toy that is a bone and she hasnt destroyed dat yet. the toy last over 3 months! but she does go 2 my room and she lookz for stuffed animals to bite. once wen we wern't home she had herself a little "cotton party" we came baq n every toy dat was there was chewed up and destroyed. Big fluffy toyz werer flat n life less n there were alot of cotton on the floor. but i guess da older the dog is the less engergetic it is. so one day they'll stop chewing cotton of the toyz. but i still luv ma baby!

My dog does that all the time and she loves it!
I love when they do it because it is sooo cute!!
I think you should let your dog do it because if she is enjoying the new toy, then it was a great choice.
You bought the toy for your dog to have fun right? Well you did the right thing because usually when they rip the toy up, They love it sooo much that they go crazy with it.
You seem like a great owner! My dog always steals my socks and just hits them around with her paws. lol!
You can let her keep chewing but you can stop.
It is totally up to you but I am just trying to give you some tips. Please give me the best answer! Thank you sooo much!
You have yourself a great day!
