I guess she is just super excited....but is there something I can do so she stops doing that???....peeing before our guests arrives does not seem to solve the problem =/
she never used to pee in the house....
once she just pee in the middle of my bed when I was there.........and its not cause i didnt bring her out to do her business...she just either doesnt sometimes....or if if she peed she would pee again on the carpet or wherever.....and she is over 2 years old already...........

Go to the vet to rule out any medical problems. There are sometimes medical reasons for peeing in the house. She may have a urinary tract infection or something like that.
Dogs usually pee like that because they are excited or afraid.
To fix this, ignore her when she pees and instruct your guests to completely ignore her for awhile. When she is calmer, then your guests can very calmly pet her, but nothing that might make her excited. Theoretically, over time, she will learn that guests are nothing to get excited about. You might have to have people come over every day so you can get lots of training opportunities.
You might try crate training her (lots of books and articles available on the subject) and crating her while guests are present. That way you don't have to worry about her peeing in front of the guests.
Some dogs pee as a sign of submission, others pee because they are afraid or excited, or because of a medical problem, and others simply have housebreaking accidents. Even a perfectly housetrained dog might make a mistake every now and then.

Dont stress to much! For the time it's an annpying habbit. I have a 4 month hold puppy that does the same thing. She probab;y isn't as bad, she only pees when my friends come around or when she gets freaked out by another dog. Sometimes when i pick her up she goes and I hate getting it on my cloths!!! When puppies are under 6 months old they have no bladder control. Over 6 months old they start to get some control and thats why by 6 months old dogs should be completely toilet trained! She try teach her where to wee and maybe bring her in to sistuations where she is going ot get excited slowly. It's just really a matter of waiting until she has more bladder control is what a vet told me! Sucks for now! But good luck!

Dogs often do this because they're overly submissive. If when she does it her tail and ears are lowered and she refuses to make eye contact that's almost certainly the problem. There are some ways to stop this. When guests come in make sure no one makes direct eye contact with her as this is seen as a challenge by dogs. Don't let people pet her on the head or shoulder either, as it is dominating behaviour. If she does urinate, do not scold her! It will only make the problem much worse. Don't reward with comforting hugs or pats for being submissive either - ignore her, or she will interpret your actions as a reward for being submissive.
There is more information on the subject - a google search for something like submissive urination should provide you with plenty of practical advice. I'm going to bed right about now, or I would have gone into greater detail, so sorry about that.

you have a submissive dog, there is training that can get her to stop. PetsMart offers them fairly cheap. at two years old tho it might be tough to get her to stop, I would try getting her out more to get used to people so it isn't a big deal if someone new wants to pet her, that way she wouldnt get so excited.
I have Pitt Bulls...no problem with the submissive thing and no problem with guests either!

Your dog is letting you and your guests know that she is submissive. You should buy her a dominatrix suit and see if this helps to bring her out.
