Use Natures Miracle for cats - found at Petco or another enzymatic cleaner for cat urine (look for one specific to cat urine) usually found at a pet store.

Febreeze is at your grocery store and it has an ezymatic kind. Save you an extra trip out, what with gas prices and all.
