Me and my husband have had our dog for 3 months and lately we havent had anytime for our dog. I love him so much and dont want to give him away but it would probably better for him to have people who can play with him. Does anyone know were i can take him and get him a good home.

About 4 days ago we caught a mouse in a trap, and today we found 2 little fuzzy wandering baby mice in the kitchen. I didn't want to put them outside because they looked so helpless, so I put them in our empty 20 gallon fish tank and put plenty of bedding and empty toilet paper rolls for them to have safety. What should I feed them? I want to keep them safe just long enough until they can care for themselves, then I'll put them back outside.

My family has decided to get our first bird. What would be the best bird companion for first timers? We love birds, but would prefer an avian friend that will bond with us, and not just a finch, canary, or parakeet that looks pretty in a cage.

I think my cat is pregnant ok on august the 15 or around those days we took my cat outside and when we tried taking her in she would hiss at us and if we caught her she would scratch us.later that night i heard some howling im not sure if it was her or another cat, she let us handle her the next day. Yesterday i noticed she started getting fatter and started eating more she usually eats only one can of wet food and some dry and today she ate 3 cans of wet food and some dry food and she looks really fat.between august 15 and today its been about 7 1/2 weeks since i heard the howling could she be pregnant?or when is the time when they start gaining weight she doesnt have boobs yet.Is she pregnant or is she just turning really obese?

and also we didnt catch her on the 15 th cuz like i said she kept on scratching us so she stayed outside that day

My dog is in heat for the very first time and she went into season a week before her appointment to get spayed and its been 5 or 6 days since she is in heat.
and is it normal for her vulva to be swollen, no liquid or anything is coming out from it, but what do u reckon it is??
could she be preganant?
she is beginning to have nipples and we havent let her outside so no nieghborhood male dogs have been lurking around.
could it be a false pregnancy??
and a couple of days ago she threw up, is that normal?

im just really worried and hope she isnt pregnant.
anything would be helpful right now..

My dog that has floppy ears has been shaking his head back and forth. I got to looking in his ears and they are both filled with a black oily waxy looking stuff. It also smells really bad. Is this an infection? Is ear wax usually black?

She is not resting, sleeping, etc. I know they do this when they are. She is favouring it. If I try to pick her up, she won't climb onto my finger with that foot first - she MUST use the other one. She is climbing to the top of the cage and back to the bottom, and her foot LOOKS fine. Does anyone know what could have caused this ???

I have a 4 month old blue doberman. I also have kids and he is VERY wild always jumping on them and my husband and our company. He gnaws on peoples feet legs and arms all the time. No matter how much i discipline him and that is putting on his leash and saying NO! very firmly! he is still STUBBORN!!! he is learning other things like sit and down but this wild side is so constant and he will not stop! any suggestions?? also when i tell him stop he will bark at me he does listen to me more than anyone else in the house but he will challenge me also i have proven to him i am the master but he still challenges me why!?!? He is a very sweet dog and very Friendly but he is just sooooooo wild and stubborn!!! He also is "humping" my 4 yr old alot and i dont like this and want him to stop this also SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!!!

is that normal? Shes's usually very playful. Also how long will her heat cycle last? (Earlier she ran to the neighbor's backyard) My brother caught her so nothing happened. She is going to get spayed after this !

my doggie not feeling good :(
she is 6 and has a sore back
but
it was beter 4 a long time
but we went camping like 2 days ago
and shes like not feeling well
and she barks at everything
so she went crazy hours in our truck
jumping arond and stuff
and she like limping sorta and doesnt wanna walk
she eating
drinking
and barking
but not really walking
we thought it was her back
but
im now thinking that she hurt her leg jumping around and being crazy!!!!

My cat likes to sit quietly on the roof of my house and catch bats and then she brings them inside my room to show off. She then carries the dead bats into my bathroom and eats them. Should I be concerned? The bats she is catching are healthy, flying bats. The bats have no obvious signs of disease and I've talked to animal control and they say there isn't a big rabies problem in my area.
