Humans are the only animals that "cry" because we are feeling bad... other animals' eyes might water but they are not "crying".
by the way... to answerer number one - crocodiles are reptiles, not amphibians.

I don't believe so because they are amphibians, and crocodiles are also amphibians (I think) and they have no tear ducts and don't cry.
