I have a 30 gallon freshwater fish tank, 3 fish, 2 goldfish and 1 suckerfish, they get along great, what other fish do you reccomend me getting, i tend to want medium sized fish, but not to aggresive, any advise would be great! =)

i have 5 day old pups that just wont sit still, i have a box that im keeping them in but they seem to keep wanting to go underneath the sheet that i have them on. I also put a heat pad in there with them but they dont seem to be cold. How can i get them to sit still so i dont have to worry about them sufficating under the sheets?

keeps biting us and gets more mad. when we walk she knips and attacks our feet and legs. how can i get her to stop, without physically hurting her?

My goldfish appeared to have hurt his head yesterday, it was red and sore looking. I cleaned the bowl and changed his water. This morning he had a white substance beginning to form over the wound. He is approx 3 years old. Does anyone know what this is and how I could treat it? (Don't really want it to die as my young son quite likes it)

I have a 7 year old choc. male and a 5 year old black female lab. Not once have we been able to get her to take him with out my husband or I getting in the middle! On time she attached him so bad that one of his ears had to be half way removed (she is a loving dog any other time, and is only mean to him). We have even used a musle. Some one told my husband (the female dpg is really close with him) said that she probaly sees him (my husband) as a mate and not our male dog. That just sounded crazy to me, but jsut wanted to get some other oppions.

it looks like dried snot on my dogs nose but he really wont let me near enough to his nose to really look at it. he doesnt seem to have any trouble breathing and he seems to be doing ok. it goes away for a little while each day but does come back.

It's like a French Poodle but it's testicles have been genetically enlarged to 10x normal size. Also its brain has been shrunk to 1/3 the normal size.

I recently noticed that when I pet my cat, black specks came off in my hands. From what I understand, these black specks are flea feces NOT flea eggs. I've only seen four fleas on the cat so I'm wondering how bad the cat's flea problem really is? Anyone else been through this before?

so many people accuse pitbulls of all different kinds are aggressive because of the so called owners are no taking their time to love, train, and take care of these wonderful dogs.thousands of people a year die of smoking,cars,2nd hand smoking and guns but only 3 die from pitbulls which one would you rather ban?

Daisy (Old English Sheepdog) is 59 days pregnant today. 2nd Litter. She has limited her food intake to almost nothing; this has been going on since day 55. She doesn't show any signs of nesting, her behavior hasn't changed much; she follows me around to every room as normal and seems very relaxed. The only thing I have noticed is that last night she began asking to go outside much more often than usual. I have been monitoring her temp for five days now, yesterday it was at its lowest 98.4; but it always seems to rise to 100.5 before bedtime (9pm). During the past few days she has almost doubled in size and I can see the movement of her puppies from across the room. What other things should I be I looking for? How long do you think it will be before she goes into labor? Any and all information is welcome, thank you ahead of time. I want to be as ready as I possibly can! THANK YOU!

She is 7 years old and never had any health problems. Yes I will get her to a vet, but nervous until tomorrow. Before any animal activists get un-nerved. She has had her shots & dewormed, and was breed with a well taken care of male. Her puppies do not go to shelters, she is of champion bloodlines w/ papers and her pups go to serious buyers only. I'm worried about her, once again she is going to a vet tomorrow.

Okay, so there's this stray cat (or at least I think it is, it doesn't have any ID or tags or anything) and it's basically been chillin' out on my porch, and my neighbors porch. We both try our best to feed it whenever we can, and it's extremely friendly, but it's been getting really really skinny. I can't take it in, but I don't want to take it to the vet because I'm scared they'll just euthanize him, and I've never met a cat that was so friendly. I don't know what to do with him, but I want to help him (get him shots, etc.) because I really don't want him to die. Any ideas?
