At six weeks old, I'd be careful to give the pup any store bought wormer.
This puppy needs to see a vet. Take a fecal sample with you so the vet can determine what kind of worms it has and prescribe the correct worming medication to eliminate the worms. It may take several applications of the wormer depending on the type of internal parasite the puppy has.
Besides the puppy should be examined by a vet anyway and put on a vaccine schedule to protect the pup and help it grow strong and healthy.

Take a stool sample to the vet so they can detect the kind of worms the puppy has, as there are some species that aren't visible to the human eye.

Don't get an over-the-counter dewormer. Go to a Vet and get the puppy tested. Bring a stool sample and then they'll give you a dewormer. Puppies can have diarrhea and all kinds of things from it. Just go to the Vet. where the expert know what to do

Take them to a vet. If you get the worm medicine that it only kills a certain kind of worm so you have to make sure that you get them all.

You have to go to a vet so they can get a stool sample and determine what kind they are. Once they no that they can give you the right medicine to get rid of them. Don't delay too long. Your puppy can get sick and die if it isn't treated.
