Most apartment books will let you know if they are pet friendly or not. You could also start by finding apartments in your price range and then call the ones you like and make your first question, "do you allow dogs?" and so on and so on. You could also chek the paper and a lot of the time if there isn't a N/P symbol then you are good to go. Even if somebody says no, they may change their mind if you tell them good things about the dog. Like is spayed or neutered and it doesn't chew things up and scratch at the door. Good luck and I hope you and your pet live happily.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7EJ
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

if those don't help then when you go on
apartments.com
rent.com
forrent.com
then click the option that is "animal friendly" or on some sites you can actually pick cat or dog or both.
