does anyone feel so hurt when they hear pitbulls are dying over non responsible owners?

so many people accuse pitbulls of all different kinds are aggressive because of the so called owners are no taking their time to love, train, and take care of these wonderful dogs.thousands of people a year die of smoking,cars,2nd hand smoking and guns but only 3 die from pitbulls which one would you rather ban?

Yup. My little boy is part Pit. It infuriates me to know that ANY animal is mistreated, but the fact that then the dogs are called aggressive & are put to sleep & in many places BANNED entirely. Denver, for example, is an entire CITY where Pits are not allowed under any circumstances. Many rental properties will not allow Pits. In Texas a couple weeks ago, THREE HUNDRED Pits were taken from a man who bred the dogs for fighting. I think there is a special corner of hell for those people, where it burns just a little bit hotter than the rest...

Perhaps because children do not get torn to shreds by golden retrievers!! Pitt Bulls are naturally aggressive. That is what they have been bred for for hundreds of years. Have you ever seen what a pit can do to a three year old child?? I have. Unfortunately we live in a society where the majority (90%) of the people who own Pitt Bulls are complete IDIOTS and own the dogs to make themselves look tough or gangster. I have personally started a petition in my own neighborhood to have the breed banned. I suggest you do your research on the breed before you try to convince others to be sympathetic. They are natural born killers. I hope to one day see the breed, and all other bully breeds banned at a national level.

I think that alot of dogs suffer from neglegent owners all types and breeds .I also think that the reason why you see it more with the pits is because of the type of people that go looking for one for the wrong reasons .I dont own a pit but I feel that they are targets of bad people and that did give them a bad rap.I feel all dogs no matter what breed deserves a chance to have a good life.

It saddens me when I hear of any type of dog dying over non responsible owners. However these dogs have the potential to be dangerouse, and irresponsible owners are going to enforce that breed fear. Education is the key and proper liscensing of any dog that poses a potential danger to any person or animal. Responisble pet owners wouldn't have a problem with that, but its not them breaking the laws and hurting people with their dogs.

most people get pit bulls to keep people away. to make a dog, any breed, you keep them away from ALL people. this way the dogs don't get to know anyone, but the people living in the home.when a "stranger" comes in ,the dog feels he is being protective. there are other dogs that have had this reputation. now it is, unfortunately, the pit bulls turn.

i would totally ban smoking! Not only does smoking cause cancer to the one smoking but to the bystanders, unborn babies, and even poor lil animals.

I have a pittbull and I love her and my boxer with all my heart. I have never had any complaints about them and I actually hear more compalints about my neighbors ugly little chihuahua.

nah I dont feel bad for the pit bulls, but I do feel bad about the people that get killed by a pit bull....just seen where a lady was bathing her pit bull, just like she always did, the pit turned on her and ripped her to streads, but she said her pit was such a sweetheart, he was good with people,....pits should be banned

I live in a place were Pit's are outlawed but i still own one and ill tellya what if they try to take him away ill sick him on them. Just like if they try to take my guns ill shootem then ill let my pit eat there johny dogooding whimpy yuppy scum assES.
