I was wondering if it is okay to put in a piece of cardboard for the birds to chew up and put into the nest? As long as it's pretty sanitary it's okay right? Please & Thanks

The Army is going to assign my Husband a new duty station and we're going to take our cat with us. The problem is he doesn't handle long car rides well. Is there any sort of over the counter product that I can give him to make him sleep the whole way? Or anything I could do to make him more comfortable?

a few minuites ago i was taking a bath with my 8mo daughter the showering was filling up the tub..and my mumma cat came in looking all pissed off,she went to the edge of the tub and begain screaming i thought maybe she thought i had 1 of her new 3 week old kittens in there but when she saw kyra (my daughter) she instantly begain hissing at me..i was scared..she grabbed my daughters arm by her mouth and begain what look as if she was trying to pull her out of the tub..i put my fingers between her teeth and my daughters arm so she couldnt bite down hard enough to hurt her but she was just grasping softley..i splashed her over n over but she just wouldnt get away! while this was going on my daughter was laughing and laughing...why did she do this? does anybody know or has anybody experianced odd things like this also? if so please help!oh 1 more thing any know of ways to eliminate cat urine odor? i mean without the special pet products bought em they work but wondering for cheap ways! ty

I have allergies and eczema but I really love small dogs so I want to get another dog.I had a lhasa apso but I had to sell it cause it made my eczema worst.Does anyone know of a good breed for my condition?

red coming out from where his lil nuts used to be. At first I thought well he enjoys sticking out his penis, but that is not what it is. WHAT IS IT? Its kinda gross looking. The tip is black and the rest is red. Infection?? Hemorid? what? ACK

I checked his mouth and throat but don't see anything. He meows but no sound comes out except a quick "ah" at the end of the attempted meow. I wonder if his tonsils are swollen or some gland back there. He is eating normally and does not appear to have fever. His behavior and look is normal also. It has been a couple of days and I don't know if it could be something serious or not. I am going to give it another day before I take him to the vet.

last year , my cat , Ozzy , died because of a motorcycle , and ever since then I have wondered if my other two cats missed him or even noticed! They didnt really liked him , He was more of the runt of the litter.

i adopted my kitten last week and we noticed he was sneezing and coughing (sounds like a human cough not a hairball). i got very nervous bc i searched & read that kittens can die from colds. i took him to the vet & he gave him antibiotics. it will take 10 days for him to finish them. he has stopped sneezing. he still makes a sound like sounds like a growl when he starts running but he hasn't been coughing either so hopefully it's working. i will die if something happnes to him. i love him!

I would never, ever adopt out a cocker spaniel into a home with kids. Those dogs are vicious and totally unpredictable. Pit bulls, on the other hand, are extremely mellow and friendly, if raised/treated right. Of course we all knew that, right?
