Like what is the best way to keep her from getting blood on carpet, furniture, ect... We will be visisting a friends house with her and I don't want their carpet getting stained.

get her a little baby onesie. you can find them at thrift stores cheap. or just buy a pack of them at target or something. they arent that expensive new. the kind that button up over the babys diaper. and put a little diaper on her bottom. get the premie nappys if your dog is tiny. or a size appropriate for your dog.
i say use the onesie. because sometimes the dog get irritated. and trys to get out of the diapers.

They do make sanitary products for dogs. It is hilarious but they do work. Or try a pull up, that would work too just cut a hole for the tail and only use it when she is in the house take it off when you let here out.

I am not familiar with female dogs much, just wanted to tell you that I love your ID. I have a 7wk old male basset lemon/white named Harley. I have seen the diapers at Petsmart.

If you are not going to breed your pet, Get her spayed.
I have 2 dogs almost die from pyrometrea, ( like pelvic inflamitory disease in humans), because I did not spay them. I would'nt take your pet out when she is in season. Other dogs may attack her or she may run from you, and get hurt or lost in a strange neighborhood.!

You can get frilly panties at petsmart, they are expensive and need washing often.. What I use is diapers! Put it on sideways so her tail can stick out, they work great. And if you want to you can put little girl panties over them..hehe
