I like to have chow chow or japanese spitz..i just like them fluffy..furry dogs..'coz I think it makes them look really cute and adorable..and these breeds seems to be friendly and ideal pets..

I just took in my second stray yesterday. The vet we took her to said she tested positive for FIV using the ELISA test (I am taking her to my regular vet later this week for a Western blot test). My first stray cat does not have FIV. I have been researching FIV and have decided that FIV is not an immediate death sentence as most people seem to believe. I refuse to euthanize this sweet little furry angel. I do not want to give her up, either, though. I think the 2 cats will get along fine once they are properly introduced (they are both female and less than 2 years old). Does anybody have a multi-cat household with both FIV+ and FIV- cats? Would you please share your experience with me?

He has just recently been to the vet, and they did an exploratory surgery on him to check and make sure he didnt swallow anything. They dewormed him and gave him advantage for fleas. He also got a perscription canned food called a/d.

He lost about 6-8 lbs before we took him to the vet. When he eats his canned food, he doesnt throw up, but sometimes he'll sneak into the other cats food, and I know that is what is doing it.

Could it be a food allergy? The other cats are doing fine. I think it's Alley Cat, or Atta Kitty, I threw the bag away.

Please help! I cant afford anymore vet visits!

I bathe my cats about once a month and they hate when i hand towel or blow dry, I have a convection oven(that blows hot air) If i set it on the low setting, can i use it??
