There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with his feet. It isn't like he is itching he just bits his nails. Is there anyone else who has a dog who does this?

My room is 80 degrees and my parakeets are panting. I have a fan blowing in their direction, two windows open, and the shades drawn, but my room is still so hot. I sprayed them with cold water, and I think that helped, but my questions is: Can I put some ice cubes in the cage in a bowl? Will that help? I feel so bad for them! I need an air conditioner! But as for now, can I do the ice cube thing, and does anybody have any tips to keep them cooler without an AC?

I saw this clip on the internet where the cat plays around with the mouse for a good half an hour, then eats it. The cat lets the mouse go, then traps it with its claws. Then throws it around a bit. Lets it go a few times again, then traps it again. And so on and so forth....

Why do they play with their food before they eat it?

I am looking for a great name for my new business painting portraits of pets. Do any of you have ideas for cute names? I am looking for something uncommon...not like "Pet Portraits", something totally original and memorable. I need as many ideas as possible please. Oh, and I'll mostly be focussing on dogs, but cats and other pets are OK. But mostly dogs.

I have been to PetSmart and the only vivid ones they have are yellow and orange. I already have that color fish in my tank. Also since cichlids have to be kept with other cichlids of the same size, I need some that are about an inch long.

People from a street over are walking their dogs down our block at night and letting their dogs go in peoples front yards and not picking it up as required by law. Can I put something on the grass to deter the dogs but won't hurt them since their owners won't clean up?

I see many ppl beating the poor n innocent animals like cats n rabbits n hen...they just dont think that they r also alive like us...they r made up of bone n flesh n they r also breathing like humans...I live in Pakistan.Can any of u plz tell me an organization or NGO working for animals rights n either a pakistani can take part in it...i cant support by money but i really truly love animals n i wanna do something for them..plz give serious replies only dont reply for 2 points here...i'll give u 10 if ur answer will be a helpful one...thanx

you know what a parakket is right. well I had one parakeet that flew away when I took it out of its cage. i bought one and I whant to take it out of its cage, so i cut some of the wings off.

here aremy questions
1. will my parakeets wings grow back?

2. I dont see them jumping up and down like they use to? is it because they are scared because i tried to cut there wings of or because they dont have wings?

3. if I take it out of the cage, is it safe now?

I found out recently that I have bats in my house. My puppy is only 10 weeks old and can't get her rabies shot for another few weeks. I had a specialist out to look at the house and troubleshoot getting rid of the bats. He told me that I should get a rabies shot. I plan to do that, but am unsure what to do about the puppy. Any ideas?!? Please help - I'm very worried about her.
