Now why when i ask a question about my turtle i get little kids that think they know everything and say crap like... well give him to someone else that has more experience with pets... well that is what i am asking the questions for... if i did not give 2 crap about the pet i would just let it do what it wanted throw food and forget about it.. why do people get so mean and think they got to insult people when they are trying to ask a simple question?

we change the cage once a week and use cedar chips on the bottom but when i walk into the room i can 'smell' the cage.is it normal or is there something i can use to keep the odor down or away?

i jave tried dips, drops and vet recommended flea therapys and nothing seems to work more then a day or two, these are indoor pets and only go out when walking or to relive themselves. i am at my wits end!

We just adopted a 9 month old American Staffordshire Terrier Mix puppy. He is mostly like a yellow lab blond with some white on his chesst and a few random black spots. His name is Mickey, but we want to change it! We have thought of dozens of names, and nothing seems to fit right!!!

My cat has been hacking and hacking and it never produces anything. It is like he has a hairball, but it is stuck. What is the best medicine? I am open for any suggestions. He has been eating the hairball control cat food, by the way, and that hasn't helped.

I have 2 female cats. They have both recently been spayed. Before the spay operation, I was having an issue with the cats (both of them I suspect) urinating all over my house. It became a big problem and I took them to the vet. My vet told me that they most likely did not have a urinary tract or bladder infection, and that they would most likely stop this behavior once they were spayed.

I had both of the cats spayed and the problem seemed to stop but there have been about 2 more accidents since the operation (which was around a month ago). This is a lot less frequent than before but now I'm worried that the problem hasn't been solved.

Are these just isolated incidents or could their be a bladder or behavorial problem with one or both of my cats?

It never fails: the damn dog barks day in,day out and the damn owner seldom does anything to apeace or just plain shut up the damn dog.

Dog owners: be frank. Are you considerate of your neighbors and make a legitimate effort of keeping you dogs quiet or are you an inconsiderate person that just let your damn dogs bark all day?

is it true that if a turtle flips itself on its back and can not get back over it will die? i found my turtle many of times on his back and i have to pick him up and put him back on his feet.. he usally goes to sleep if i do not notice that he is on his back and when i turn him over he wakes up. and starts running...

when we go for walks, if we go by a car w/a dog we pass by it an she some what pulls towards the sound. but if she see's the other dog she will charge for it an pull me can't seem to get her to cont to move on. she know's i'm alpa but i think the problem was i was walking both dogs that day.
