Interesting, I raised rabbits for 5 or 6 years, and never used a milk bottle. Usually they would learn from the mother to drink water from the bottle.
I would just take the milk away, and leave the water bottle there all the time and see if he drinks any.

5 1/2 weeks is too old for a bottle of milk. You might want to put some water in a dish just under the water bottle.
Do NOT give a baby rabbit lettuce...it has waaaay too much moisture and is one of the worst things you can give them. Too much moisture will give them the runs! Try giving it a bit of oatmeal, you can put a little milk in there at first to encourage it to eat if you want. I assume this is a wild rabbit?

Here's two great articles on how to raise and gradually wean baby bunns -
http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/orphan.html
http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/surpriselitter.html
Baby rabbits can be introduced to solid food from the age of 3 weeks - pellets and hay and water - but they must be allowed milk right up until the age of 6 to 8 weeks, for their future digestive and gut flora health. See all the way down the page, from the top article - http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/orphan.html - for more advice on this.
Good luck!
