My dog is four months old.
She seems to be going through a teething stage or something, because all of a sudden she is now chewing on everything and doesnt seem all too interested in her toys anymore. Whenever I take away whatever I dont want her to chew, she tries to fight me for it, and bites?

I heard it is not recommended due to their sensitive skin, however even with brushing out the dead undercoat, there is still so much thick fur left on them...

i have a deaf little rabbit running around my house 24/7 and the little guy isnt ever scared of anything. my bf passes the noisy vacuum cleaner by his side and he doesnt even get up an move. all he does is lay around and sleep, so i was thinking, what i can do to 'spice' up his life? no, he's been spayed long ago, no female rabbits would do the job. any good tricks in hand? and cool pet games?

She is a cocker spaniel puppy and is on Purina puppy chow and I don't want to feed her too much or too little. Also, I am now feeding her three times a day but have heard that this may be too much.

I have an incredibly smart AQHA/PHBA gelding that has extensive training (he can walk, trot, lope, back up, do turns on forehand and haunches, take his lopes from a stand still in one stride, do amazing flying lead changes every two strides if you wanted him to, counter canter, leg yeild) in western pleasure, horsemanship, english pleasure, and trail class (he was a world champion). My god, he is amazing... with over 800 PHBA points. But what I cant figure out is that we work out at home, and he does amazing. Then we get to the show and he really just dinks around during the class. He will put his head up and look around. But then we do a pattern, or trail class and he is totally there, and works his hardest. But like, it doesnt help me when I do an awesome horsemanship pattern, and then we get on the rail and he speeds and has his head up when he goes and doesnt listen whole heartedly. I dont only do rail work, I do trail and road riding with him too... but he still is bored....

Recently my cats have begun pooping on my carpeted basement floor. They are 7 years old and I have never had a problem with them not using thier litter box until I moved. Are they smelling animals that may have lived in the house previously?

Picking up dog poop is the most disgusting thing ever. The sidewalks are nasty and you can smell dog pee in the Summer heat. If I was mayor, I would ban dogs in NYC.

My dog is a golden retriever. Should I brush her before giving her a bath? And should I use a certain type of soap or shampoo? Also, is it okay to use a blow dryer on dogs or should I just stick to towels?

She says that's why they "wolf" down human food so fast, because they can't taste it with their tongues anyway. I say they do it as an instinct left over from being wolf: the faster you eat something rare and precious (a piece of cheese when you're used to kibble, say) the less likely someone else will snatch it up away from you.
