I am a dog breeder. I breed toy poodles. The average time that it takes for the puppies eyes to open is about 10 to 14 days. There can also be a time difference between the puppies for many reasons.

my sister is learning that in the specific breed that she is breeding it is between 17 - 21 days before their eyes open.
