I have heard arguements for both sides. Growing up all our cats were fed dry food. They all were fine. Husband's family fed wet food and all was fine. Right now our kitten is fed dry food and is fixing to be on premium food. So which is better? Wet or dry?

A couple of years ago I found a handicap conure in a bird shop and fell in love with him, so I paid $200 for him and have taken care of him ever since. We took him to the vet last month and he is severly underweight, he can't use his feet to eat because they are paralyzed, so we changed his diet. However he is still severly uinderweight, he eats a lot - has fresh food and water everyday, but still is not getting enough to eat.

If he's suffering how terrible would it be to have him euthanized?

The vet says my 5 year old cat is urinating outside her litter box because of stress. We got her a new litter box (so now we have two) because the vet said she dosen't like to share with the kitten. How can I figure out what else my be stressing her and take care of that problem? How can I figure out if there is a new cat or something in the neighborhood bothering her?

How do I remove the eggs (intact) and place them inside a net without damaging the eggs. I have been very succesful in hatching previous egs this way but I have never taken the eggs off the inside glass area before. Like I said these are clustered on the inside of the aquairium on the glass. I have been succesful many times hatching the eggs . So that not the problem . I need to remove the eggs from the glass and put them ionside my net without breaking the eggs. This may be a tough one

We feed both my cats Fancy Feast twice a day (about a tablespoon each time) and they have dry food out all the time. They are indoor cats so they don't get much exercise. My kitten is 10 months old and I am afraid she is becoming overweight. My older cat who is 5 years old is losing weight, which the vet says could be worms or a viral thing, shes being treated for those in case thats what it is, but most likely its due to stress.
Any suggestions on how I can prevent my kitten from overeating, without denying my other cat food?

Its got all its feathers but its still very young looking.. its about a foot away from the tree where its nest is in. the nest is about 6 feet in the tree. the mother is sitting on the nest. its still alive and looking around but its breathing kind of heavy i think. probably because its in the sun. help! i dont want it to die! do i wait for the mom to leave and then put on gloves and put the baby back, or do you think the mom pushed the baby out because it was too old or because there was something wrong with it? what should i do?
