Like my grandma has papers on her dog but he is mixed with a purebreed Bichion and a purbreed Dacshund. Like he has his mom and his grandparents on there. So would he be considered to be a purbreed?

No. I don't know where your grandma got the "papers" from - probably someone selling crossbred dogs had them printed up illegally. A purebred dog is all one breed - like all dachshund. Anything else is a mutt. Two dachshunds bred together will always give you more dachshunds, not pups that look like Bichons or shepherds.

NO, a pure breed dog is all the same breed of dog in the bloodline. Theres nothing wrong with the dog, but its a mutt nonetheless. Purebreeds have more health problems because most of them are inbred.

If she has papers on the dog, they are from one of those "made up" registries!!! Two AKC registered dogs of different breeds, bred together make a mix. NOT registerable!!!!!!!!
A purebreed is just what it says, a pure breed. Not a cross of 2 different breeds.
