I believe poodles don't shed and miniature schnauzers don't shed but very little. These are both hyper dogs so be careful. Also ask the Internet. It has endless research on the subject of pets and the like..............(Good Luck) finding one!

It should be Italian Grey Hound.

But there is a slight problem with this dog. It is a dog that hunt by sight. So, when you bring it out, there is always a tendercy for the dog to dash to moving objects.

Another breed, which is more costly is Shapei. It is a Chinese breed.

An American Hairless Terrier, A fairly new breed of a hairless Rat Terrier. Mine only has a few short whiskers on his face otherwise he is completely hairless, and spotted too! He is a cool dog. You can see what they look like if you search American Hairless Terriers on the web.
