I found a ferret, and I dont know what to do with it. It is illegal to possess a ferret in California. I do not want him to be killed. What do I do? Where do I take him?

why does my pitbull female puppy urinate in her cage and she had been let outside and had only been in her cage for a little while? She does well in the house by not peeing. Her cage is clean and it is too big for her. My other pit who is 2 1/2 & male never did pee in his cage when he was young. What can I do to stop this?
Real advice & suggestions will be appreciated.

We are taking care of a young cotton tail that my mother's dog caught when it was about 2 1/2 weeks old. Anyway, recently we aquired 4 ( now 2wk 1day old) domestic bunnies that were orphened last saturday when their mother died. A friend of ours asked to help care for 4 of the 8 survivors ( saddly his 4 died friday). Well my husband had let our cotton tail out to allow her some exercise away from her cage. My daughter and I had finished feeding the babies when I decided to introduce our cottontail to the babies (VERY CONTROLED SITUATION BTW). Not only did she surprise me she went one step furthor by actually standing on my chest to guard OVER the babies in my lap. She licked them, sniffed them and even tried to clean them. Well she did this again today only this time, she actually nudged them back INTO the box that we are using for their bed. Is this Normal for a Wild rabbit? Most domestic Doe's kill young not their own.
SERIOUS,HONEST,KNOWLEDGABLE ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE.

It's not the usual wet nose that cats have. It's actually dripping, a lot. She isn't acting sick. She isn't sneezing. She has as much energy as usual, and her appetite is normal. I've had several cats and I've never seen anything like this before.

I have a Boston Terrier who sleeps in bed with me. Several months ago I began to get hives at night on my body or legs, usually on my back or chest. I figured that I might be having a reaction to his hair. I wash my sheets and blanket every week in hot water but that doesnt seem to help. I have tried to get him to sleep in his crate again at night but that usually results in him starting to cry at 4am and I loose more sleep than I would have from the hives.

All I've been doing to prevent the hives is sleeping in a shirt and taking an antihistimine. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do to prevent these hives from happening. Its a weekly occurance.

Thanks for your help

I've heard that if the temprature is higher in incubation the gender can turn out to be a male if the temp is lower it can be female. Is that true with birds or not? I just wanted to know if its true or not since I feel unsure.
